Kelly just joined the Raccoon City S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team after being transported from Maine. She loved Raccoon City so far. Everyone was so nice and peaceful. She quickly fell in love with her team-mates. Especially a guy named Chris Redfield. When he first took her hand in handshake she felt like she could die. He looked like a movie star. With brown hair, and beautiful brown eyes. And a smile that could kill. She wanted to wrap herself into his big arms and fly away.
But this is the real world and she was not the best looking girl. With bleach blonde hair and dark brown eyes. Her mother is worried she is too skinny. She doesn't think so, weighing 105 pounds she thinks she could lose some extra weight.
There was one other girl on the team and Chris seemed to have a thing for her. Her name was Jill Valentine and she was drop dead gorgeous. With a adorable face and a body that can make a blind man whistle there was no doubt Chris would ask her out over Kelly...
There was three other members on the team. Barry Burton who looked liked like a big grizzly but to her surprise he was sweet and gentle. Joseph Frost who was quiet and shy. He didn't say much. Just waved and looked at the ground when she introduced herself.
And last but not least Captain Albert Wesker. He was a creepy fellow, always wearing his sunglasses even at night. And there was something about his grin that she did not like. He was also a man of very few words. Never spoke unless he had to. He would just hide behind his desk and pretend he is reading folders. But really he would be watching the members closely...
On her second day of the job Chris was telling her the situation. There have been countless reports of grizzly attacks in Raccoon forest just on the outskirts of the city. They were going to investigate it later tonight. Kelly frighten looked down at her desk and saw the report Wesker had left there. She opened the folder and saw the pictures of the last reported death. It was a young woman hiking and the pictures showed her deformed corpse.
Later that evening...
Kelly was back at her desk, Wesker called a emergency meeting right away. Kelly was at home when he did so, and she barely had time to change into her tight blue pants, tall black boots, and white S.T.A.R.S. T-shirt before Wesker started the meeting.
"We need to figure out where and why these incidents are happening and take control of them right away." Wesker was saying. But Kelly wasn't really paying attention to him. She was looking over at Chris Redfield who was sitting next to her. She couldn't help but wonder how wonderful it would be for him to seem the tiniest bit interested in her.
"Kelly!" Wesker barked. "Yes!?" She quickly snapped out of her daydream and looked at him. "This is the second time I had to tell you just today to pay attention." Wesker gave her a mean look through his sunglasses. Chris looked up from his memo and smirked at her. "Sorry." She softly said. She took a quick glance at Jill's desk and saw Jill looked extremely bored. But she was still paying attention to Wesker. Kelly quickly looked back at him and blushed.
After a quick meeting, they've decided to have Bravo team head up to Raccoon Forest where most of the attacks had occurred. Bravo team got ready and took off. But something happened while they were flying over the forest. The Alpha team had lost contact with the Bravo.
After eleven hours of waiting for a response, Wesker told Alpha team to get ready to head out to Raccoon Forest.
- - - - -
The team went straight for their lockers. Kelly's was the second one on the right and Chris' was the very last. She opened her door and grabbed her holsters. Chris opened his door and Kelly couldn't help but notice the pretty swim suit model he had on the wall of his locker. She had a beautiful face and a D cup for sure. Kelly looked down at her flat B cups and felt deeply ashamed.
She strapped her holsters on and pulled her long hair back into a high ponytail. Then she put on her black fingerless gloves, and last her lucky bracelet. She tucked it under the wrist of her left glove.
After fifteen minutes, the rest of the team was fully prepared. All seven of the Alpha team squeezed into one tiny helicopter, Kelly rode in the back and saw the pilot was a young fellow. He probably didn't even hit 21 yet. On the ride to the forest she found out his name was Brad Vickers.
As they were flying over the forest the team noticed smoke a mile high in the air. When they got closer to the smoke Jill was the first to notice the fallen chopper on the ground. She pointed to it and told everyone to look. Brad quickly lowered the helicopter, and the team got out to investigate.
They gathered around the fallen chopper, and saw Kevin's (the Bravo team's pilot) dead body, covered in bites, and scratches. "What do you suppose happen?" Kelly asked Chris. "I don't know... But I have a feeling it wasn't a bear." Just then they heard Joseph let out a scream and started to shoot at something with his M-16, they looked over at him and saw six dogs jumping all over him, and tearing his body to shreds.
"JOSEPH!!" Jill yelled. The dogs were fighting over his origins, it was a horrible sight to see. Jill and Wesker opened fire on the dogs, but their 9mms didn't even stun them. They stopped hovering over Joseph, and started to run after Jill. She tried to run away but stumbled. She fell backwards and watched with fearful eyes one of the dogs jump into the air, and was just about to land on her when a loud bang blew the dog backwards. She turned around and saw Barry aiming his .45 in the air. "It's useless, come on!" He yelled, giving her his free hand. He helped her up and together they made a run for the chopper.
Chris and Kelly were side-by-side in the lead, they were just inches away from the Alpha chopper when brad took off, leaving them all behind. Chris and Kelly slowed down and watched the chopper grow smaller and smaller in the air. "You fucking coward!" Chris yelled at him. Wesker ran up to them. "We cannot stop." He yelled running by them. They both turned around and saw Jill and Barry running as fast as they could with those demon dogs hot on their heels.
Kelly and Chris continued running. Every now and then they would turn around and shoot at the dogs. After forty seconds of running Chris noticed a mansion not too far away. "Quick everyone run into that house!" He yelled.
At full speed Chris was the fastest runner. He ran by Wesker with ease, and was the first to reach the mansion. His body slammed against the door, he tried the handle and it was unlocked. He opened the over-sized doors and held the door open. Wesker ran in first, then Kelly with Jill right behind her. And last was Barry, one of the dogs tried to bite his right ankle as he ran through the doors, but Chris was able to slam the door on its head. It yelped and jumped backwards.
The team stopped to catch their breath. After their hearts settled down they started to examined the mansion they had entered. "So whats the plan now Captain Wesker?" Jill asked...
"We should split up into teams and search for survivors. And try to find any information about this place." He looked at Barry and Jill. "How about you guys search the west wing." Then he looked at Kelly and Chris. "And you guys search the east wing. I'll search upstairs myself. Report back here in an hour."
- - -
Jill and Barry ended up in a room, that was mostly blue. There was a statue of a woman holding a vase over her right shoulder. Something was sticking out. "Hey, Barry look." Jill pointed at it. "Why don't you give me a boost?" Barry got on his knee. Jill stood on his back and he very carefully lifted her up. "I got it!" She jumped off his back. "It's a map. It might come in handy." She rolled it up and stuffed it in her pocket.
They walked to the door on the opposite side of the room. Barry tried opening it, but it was locked. "Here, let me handle this. Jill got her lock-pick out of her leg pocket, and started fiddling with the lock...
Meanwhile on the east wing.
Kelly and Chris ended up in a gigantic dining room. "Whoa." Kelly said. It took her breath away. They walked to the other side. "How much ammo do you have left?" Chris asked her. She checked. "Only twenty-one. You?" He counted his. "Seventeen." He said with a disappointing voice.
They each looked at the door right in front of them. Chris started walking up to it very slowly, Kelly right behind him. He opened it just a crack then he swung it opened and aimed his gun left then right. He took a few steps in. And nodded his head to her. "Oh my gosh! What is that nasty smell!?" She yelled while covering her nose. Chris felt like he was going to throw up, but he didn't tell her of course. He looked at her with a cocky grin on his face.
Then they heard a noise coming from the left side of the room. In a blink of a eye they both aimed their guns in that direction. Chris started walking towards the sound. Kelly gathered up all her guts, and followed. When Chris got around the corner he couldn't believe his eyes. Kenneth Sullivan a Bravo team member was dead, with a deformed man on top of him, eating him!? Kelly saw it, and nearly puked. She quickly put her hand on her mouth.
Chris aimed his gun. And made sure to hit that thing in the head. He shot it right in the skull, but it didn't die. He had to put two more rounds in his head for him to finally hit the ground. He looked at Kelly, she was almost crying. "Pull it together!" He told her. He was very upset about Kenneth's death. But he knew that if they didn't stay strong, then they would end up just like him...
- - -
"Jill! Come take a look at this!" Barry yelled from around the corner. Jill was on the other side of a long, yellow hallway. Investigating a little table with a lot of bones, and creepy stuff in it. She quickly jogged over t. Barry. "What is it?" She asked when she got to him. "Look." He pointed at the ground. She looked where he was pointing to see a dead body, with bite marks all over him. And he smalled horrible. Jill quickly covered her mouth, with her hand. Barry bent down to get a closer look at the man's body. When the man opened his eyes...
- - -
Wesker knew exactly where he was. He knew the mansion like the back of his hand. He knew the rest of the members were in danger, but he didn't care. All he cared about was testing he's new toy out. He was in the medic room, grabbing all the healing medicines he could handle. "They won't be needing these." He said and threw them in a big chest, in the corner of the room.
When he was done, he took off, back up the stairs, and to the left. Where there was a door with a key panel. He put in the four digit number and entered it...
- - -
"It won't open!" Kelly yelled. She was fussing with a locked door. "Stand back." Chris softly said. He aimed his gun at the doorknob, and shot it twice. The knob came right off. "Do you really think that was a good idea?" Kelly asked. "I'm not sure. But I'll guess we'll find out." He gave her a cocky smile, and walked through the door. Kelly gave him a nasty look. And followed him in. They were now in a another long hallway. With a lot of turns, and doors.
"Let's try this one." Chris started walking towards the first one on the left. He put his ear on the door, to listen for any movement. None, so he slowly opened the door, it was empty. He looked at Kelly. "Ladies first." He stepped aside and aimed his arms at the door. "Coward." She softly said. But gave him a smile.
She slowly walked in what turned out to be a bedroom. "C'mon!" Chris said giving her a push. "What are you afraid of?" She turned around. "If you keep this up, you're gonna get us both killed!" She barked at him. "Hey. Did you forget who I was?" He said walking in-front of her. She just rolled her eyes, and walked over to a desk, there was a diary on it. "Should I read it?" She asked.
Chris nodded. She picked it up, but heard a loud bang behind her, she quickly turned around, and saw a zombie rushing out of the closet. He leaped onto her. "Chris shoot him!" She yelled. But Chris didn't want to make anymore noise. So he got his knife out, and grabbed the zombies hair, pulled he's neck back, and drove the knife right through his throat...
- - -
Jill took three steps back, untill she leaned against a window. Barry quickly stood up, and joined her. She started to raise her gun, but Barry stopped her. The Zombie got up, and started walking towards them. Barry quickly aimed his .45 at it, and blew the zombie's head off, with one bullet. Jill looked at Barry. "What the hell is wrong with this mansion!?" She asked. "I dunno?" Barry replied. He looked up and saw a door, at the very end of the hall on their right. "Shall we?" He asked Jill. She nodded her head, and they started towards the door...
- - -
Wesker was now in the library. He pushed a big bookshelf aside and revealed a hidden door. Inside was a little room. With a bookshelf on the right, and a big round table in the middle. Wesker walked up to the shelf, and took a book down. He opened it, and inside was a oval shaped golden star. "One down, three to go." He said, and put the book back up on the shelf. And started to move back to the grand hall...
- - -
Kelly pushed the dead zombie off her. And saw that he had dripped blood all over her. "Ewwwww! Gross!" She said while wiping it off. "Shhhhhh." Chris put his hand on his mouth. "Did you hear that?" He asked her. She listen for a few seconds, and could hear a soft tapping noise in the hallway. She gave Chris a scared look, and got up. Chris looked in the closet, where the zombie came out of.
He walked up to it, and saw a clip in the middle of the floor. "This should come in handy." He said, while putting it on his belt. He was about to walk away when something shiny caught his eye. He pushed aside a black shirt and saw a beautiful jewelry box underneath. He picked it up and something big rattled inside. He found the latch on the front and opened the box. Inside was a oval shaped gold crest, with a sun print on the face. "Oh I'm keeping this." He fished it out and stuck it in his back pocket.
They could still hear the tapping in the next room. They gave each other a look, and opened the bedroom door. The hallway was empty, but the sound was coming from around the corner. Chris started to very slowly walk up to it. Kelly right behind him. Once they got to the end, they saw a dozen zombies trying to break the glass. "Dear God!" Chris yelled, just then the glass broke...

Jill and Barry ended up in another hallway. There was a door on their right, and a turn up on the left. Jill tried the door on the right. "Damn! It's locked." She looked closer to it. It had a armor symbol on it. "I wonder what that means?" She said, while moving her finger over it. "Well we should leave it alone." Barry informed her.
She turned around, and started walking down the rest of the hallway. There was another door on their right, but it was just a empty bathroom. On the end of the hallway, there was a door on the right, and double doors at the very end. "You try the one on the left, I'll take the twins." Barry said. Jill nodded, and walked up to the door...
- - -
Wesker looked at his watch. There was fifteen minutes left before everyone would meet up in the hall. He just stood and waited. He wanted to make sure he was the first one they saw...
- - -
"Don't panic, don't panic." Chris kept saying over and over. "Let's just go back the way we came." He said softly, he turned around, and saw the first zombie they had encountered was walking towards them with his arms out. The hallway was too skinny to run by him. "Or not." he whispered. Kelly screamed as one of them fell right in-front of her, grabbing her leg.
Chris; with reflexes like a cat turned around and kicked the zombie's head off. "C'mon!" Chris yelled running towards their last chance of survival. It was a door, on the very end of the hall. "Son of a bitch, it's lock!" Chris yelled. He looked behind him, and saw ten zombies moving towards them. "They aren't going to get me without a fight!" He took a couple steps back, and slammed his body against the door. Kelly was pushing any zombie that was five feet away from Chris away.
After three hard slams the door burst open. Chris grabbed Kelly's hand, and they ran through it...
- - -
Jill was in a tiny room. There was nothing except a door on the other side, she slowly walked over to it, and tried the knob. It was unlocked, she took a deep breathe and shoved the door open.
It was empty, monster-wise. She let her breath out. And put her gun back in her holster. There really wasn't anything to see, just a small room with two couches, and a little coffee table. She walked closer to it, and saw a clip on the table. She picked it up, and smiled. Then she turned her head to the left, and saw a gold oval shape crest in the wall. She put the clip on her belt, and walked over to it.
The crest had a symbol on it, she looked closer, and saw it was a wind symbol. It was tucked perfectly in the hole that was holding it. She got her knife out, and very carefully stuck the blade right above the crest's head. After some movement, it came out. She thought she heard a click, but she ignored it. She put the knife back in her holster, and bent down to pick it up...
- - -
Kelly and Chris ran down a hallway, there was a door on their left, and a left turn up ahead. Chris tried the door on the left, it was locked. He didn't have time to break it down, so they ran up to the turn. Around the corner there was just a straight hallway, with no doors, but stairs up ahead, and a turn on the left.
They ran around the corner, and saw a dead-end, but a door on the left. Chris tried the door, and it was unlocked. "In here." Chris softly said. Kelly walked in and saw it was a tiny room with no doors. "But Chris, we're trapped!" Kelly looked at him. "Too late!" Chris whispered, he heard zombies moving around in the hallway. They had no clue where they went.
Chris leaned against the door. Kelly looked at her watch, and saw they only had ten minutes untill they have to meet up in the main hall. "Let's just rest for now, once they split up we'll make our way back to the main hall." Chris whispered. "Good idea." She replied She turned around, and saw a bed. "I'm gonna go lay down." She told him. Chris just gave her a nod...
- - -
Jill stood up, and held the crest tight. She made a quick search around the room and found nothing. So she went back into the tiny room. When she closed the door behind her, she heard another click. She looked at the knob. Then there was a loud thump above her, she looked up, and saw the roof was coming closer. It was coming down on her.
"Oh damn I knew I shouldn't of ignored that first click!" She ran to the door on the other side, just as she expected, it was locked. She started pounding on it. "Barry! BARRY!" She was yelling at the top of her lungs. I'm not going to make it through this! She thought to herself. The crest slipped out of her fingers, without her even knowing. This is the end for you Jill. Nice going. She closed her eyes, waiting for the ceiling to crush her.
Barry thought he heard Jill screaming his name. He quickly ran to the hallway he left her in. Once he got there, he felt the ground shaking at his feet. He tried the door, but it was locked. "Jill? Jill are you in there?" Jill opened her eyes and looked at the door. "Barry! Quick, the ceiling is coming down!" Barry couldn't believe what he had just heard. "Stand back, I'm gonna blow the knob off!" Jill was on her knees, and slid away from the door. She didn't even notice the crest in-front of her.
Barry aimed his .45 at the door, and blasted the knob right off. He shoved it opened, and grabbed Jill's hand. She got out safely. "Whew!" She let out a sigh of relief. Then she noticed her hands were empty. She looked at the floor , and saw it was only a few inches away. She dove right in front of the door, and slid her arm under the ceiling. She was barely able to reach it, but she got it, her whole arm was about to get crushed.
She pulled her arm back as quickly as she could, she could feel the concrete against her arm. She got it out just in time from the loud thump. "Jill are you insane!?" Barry was yelling. "What the hell were you thinking!?" Jill was out of breath. She held her arm up, and saw white powder all over it.
She started to wipe it off. Barry was still waiting for a answer. "This little crest right here is what activated the ceiling. It must have some value." Jill replied. They stood up. "You're lucky you got out of there alive!" Barry said, while wiping sweat of his forehead. "Thanks Barry. I owe you one." Jill gave him a wink, and they both started looking at the crest together.....
- - -
Kelly could hear the zombies moaning right outside the door. She closed her eyes wishing she was at home, with her loving cat Missy. Chris was now sitting down against the door. He held his knees up to his chin, and his arms were wrapped around them. His head was resting on his left knee, and his eyes were closed. Kelly couldn't help but notice how cute he was. It put a big smile on her face, knowing that he held her hand.
Chris slowly opened his eyes and looked at her. She quickly closed hers. "Pssh. Kelly." He hissed, trying to get her up. She opened her eyes and looked at him. Chris tapped his wrist, asking what the time was. She checked her watch, they had three minutes left. She hissed back the time. And Chris slowly got up. He put his ear against the door, and heard the footsteps of the living dead, but they sounded like they were far apart from each other.
He waved for her to come on. She got up, and slowly walked over where he was standing. "Now whatever happens, don't panic." Chris told her, all she did was gulp. Chris counted down to five, and burst the door opened...
- - -
While Barry was looking at the crest, Jill checked her watch, and saw they only had two minutes left, "Barry, we have to go now!" Barry looked up at her, then remembered about the meeting. He nodded, and handed the crest back to Jill, she put it in her back pocket and they took off.
They were now in the creepy hall with the tables full of skulls and bones and stuff, while they were running past a lot of windows to their left, Jill couldn't help but look out them, she couldn't see anything, but she had a strong feeling something was out there.
Just then they heard a window break right behind them. They stopped and turned around, and saw that one of those zombie dogs had jumped through it. While he was just standing there looking at them, two more jumped through the windows in front of them. Jill gave Barry a depressing look, and very slowly put her hand on her gun. Barry started to do the same thing...
- - -
Chris ran out first, with Kelly right behind him. There was a zombie on their left, Chris aimed his gun at its head, then ran off. It was too slow to catch up with them.
Once they got around the corner, there was five zombies walking around, into walls, and into each other. Kelly and Chris just stood there looking at them. Kelly felt bad knowing that those things were once men, they once had families, and friends, and pets who loved them. Now they were just mindless things, not knowing that they are dead.
Chris didn't think the same way, and aimed is gun at the nearest one's head, and shot it down in two shots. All the other zombies heard the gunshots and looked in their direction. Chris looked at Kelly. "It's now or never." He said with a big grin on his face. She nodded. Chris took her hand and they started running past them, one grabbed Chris' shirt, but he just pushed him away. The door ahead was wide-opened, and they could see three zombies in the next room.
They ran through the door and made a sharp left, right into one of the zombie's arms. He grabbed Chris and tried to bite him in the neck. Chris quickly got his knife out and stabbed the zombie right in the eye. The zombie took a few steps back, and Chris shoved him down.
He looked at Kelly and saw one of the zombies right behind her, he quickly took her hand and they ran to the door up ahead. Once they got through it Chris slammed the door behind him. And fell on his back. Kelly wasn't sure if he was injured or not.
"Chris!" She fell to her knees beside him. And saw he was just tired. She looked at her watch and saw they had two minutes left. "Chris, we have to go now. We don't want them to think we're dead." Chris looked up at her, and smiled. She got up and put her right hand out towards Chris, he took it and slowly got up...
- - -
The dogs started to move in on Jill and Barry. "You take that one." He pointed at the single dog behind them. "And I'll take those two." Jill turned around just in time to see the dog snarl at her.
He was showing his bloody, slimy teeth. She quickly pulled her gun out of her holster, and that got the dog running. She took quick aim, and shot the dog three times right in the head, Barry on the other hand only needed to shoot each one in the head once. Jill moved to the left, to let the dead dog fly by her. She looked up at Barry and smiled...
- - -
Wesker looked at his watch again. He knew they were dead, cause normally they aren't this late for meetings. He put a big grin on his face, and turned to his left, he went through the door Jill and Barry went through after they made the plans to split up. Once Wesker was standing next to the statue, he heard heavy gun fire in the next room.
"Shit!" He whispered. Jill and Barry were still alive. The gun fire stopped, a couple of moments later he heard feet running, getting louder and louder by the second. Wesker knew he couldn't get caught. So he ran up to another hallway on the left of the door, and safely hid behind a curtain. Wesker heard the door open to his left, and saw Jill and Barry run into the main hall...
- - -
Chris and Kelly were walking really slowly towards the dining room. The were tired of this house, and they just wanted to find a way out. Once they got into the dining room, they heard Jill and Barry talking in the next room. They gave each other a look, and ran into the grand hall. Once they got in they saw Jill on the stairs leading to the second floor, and Barry was behind the stairs. Jill put a big smile on her face when she saw them enter the room.
"Chris! Kelly!" She yelled while making her way towards them. "Have you guys seen Wesker?" She asked once she got to them. They both shook their heads. Jill had a puzzled look on her face, then a sad look. "He must be..." She started to say when Barry cut her off. "Now don't say stuff like that." He started walking towards them. "He might just be lost, or stuck."
Barry looked at Chris and Kelly. "So did you guys find anything useful?" Chris started digging into his back pocket. "Yeah we found this gold crest. I don't know what it is for, but I just had a strong feeling to take it." Jill looked surprised when she saw another one of those crests in Chris' hand. "You mean there's more then one!?" She gasped, Now it was Chris' turn to look confused. "Huh?" He said.
She took the gold crest out of her back pocket, and showed it to Chris. "You see, they have the same shape and everything. The only difference is that one has a sun, and this one has a wind symbol." "Jesus! There could be ten of these for all we know!" Barry said. "We should split up into groups, and search for more of these things, and hopefully learn what they are for." Kelly suggested. Chris looked at her and nodded.
"Alright, me and Jill will head back that way." Barry started saying, while pointing back at the double doors across the hall. "And you guys get the east wing again." Kelly and Chris turned around and started walking towards the east wing. "And keep a lookout for Wesker." Barry said behind them...

Jill and Barry went all the back back to the long hallway. They walked by the room with the crushing ceiling, Jill looked at it while they were walking past it, it put a cold rush through her body.
They went through the double doors at the end of the corridor. Inside was yet another corridor, with a door on their right, and one up on the left, and another path up on the far right.
First Barry tried the door on the right, it was locked, but he was able to unlock it from the side they were on. Barry kicked the door opened, and they ended up in another hallway, with stairs that lead up to the second floor straight ahead, and another path to the right of the stairs.
Barry looked at Jill, "I'll take this room, you take that one over there." He pointed behind her, to the room in the first hallway. Jill nodded, and walked over to it. She put her hand on the doorknob, and started turning it, she was hoping it was locked, like so many other doors in this house, unfortunately it wasn't.
- - -
Wesker was listening to them talking in the grand hall. He heard that they had gotten the wind and sun crests. He smiled. "That leaves the moon, I'll just kill them for the other two." Then he started thinking. "But if somehow I could lead them to the lab, they would make perfect test specimens." He smiled harder, he just had to thought of a plan to lure the S.T.A.R.S. team members to the perfect project in the lab.
"But I don't need four of them... Jill and Chris will do fine." He heard Barry yell something, to Chris, then he heard them walking back towards the door, he quickly ran back to the hallway where he first hid from them.
- - -
Kelly and Chris were still in the grand hall. They were reloading their clips, and catching their breath. Once they were done they made their way back to the double doors that lead to the dining room. But Kelly stopped. Chris stopped with her. "What's wrong?" He asked, she looked at him. "Why don't we try the doors up there." She said while pointing up at the double doors up-stairs. Chris smiled, and ran to where she was standing, he saw a pair of doors that were on the east-side. "Good idea!" He started running up the stairs, Kelly right behind him. Once they reached the doors, Chris leaned against it, he couldn't hear anything in the next room.
He gave Kelly a nod, and they shoved the doors opened. They were in the dining room, but they were on a balcony right above the table. There were no monsters. On the other side of the long path there was a door up on the right. Chris started making his way to it. Kelly hot on his heels, once they were up to it, Chris didn't even bother to stop and listen for movement on the other side. He just opened the door, and walked in.
They were now in another corridor, that wrapped around a set of stairs in the middle of the room. With two doors on the other side, one with a key panel, and the other was locked. Chris looked down the stairs, and saw it was the same stairs they ran by in their little chase. They could still hear the moaning zombies in the hall. Chris took his gun out of his holster, and started running down the stairs, not even letting Kelly know he was going on a little hunt...
- - -
Jill, very slowly opened the door, she peaked through the crack, and saw that the coast was clear. She walked in the room. It was a strange room, with three pictures on her right, and a U-shaped turn up ahead. She walked past the pictures, and around the turn. On the other side was a dead-end, and a picture on the far wall. She walked past four more pictures before she reached the end. She looked at the painting, and noticed small engraving under the frame. She moved closer and started reading it out loud. "Satisfy me with death, and I shall reward you greatly." She looked up and at the other paintings on the wall. Each one had a small switch under it.
She walked up to the first one on the second wall. It showed a young man. The one to the left of it was a painting of a little infant. The one next to that was a young boy, and the last one was a really old man. Jill quickly ran over to the next wall. The first painting said "Cradle to the grave." the next one was a tired middle-age man. And the last one was a mother holding her child. Jill looked at the switch under it, and pushed it to the right.
She ran back to the other wall, and pushed the infant's switch to the right, then the young boy, then the young man. She ran back to the first wall, and pushed the middle-age man's switch. Then she ran back and pushed the old man's switch. She quickly looked back at the death pic, and it made a click, and fell to the floor. Behind it was a awesome prize. Jill ran over to it smiling.

"How am I going to destroy Kelly and Barry without Jill and Chris knowing?" Wesker was saying to himself. He was pacing back and forth in the statue room. He couldn't come up with a decent plan, he started to lose his patience when he remembered about the Hunters in the lab. "If I could somehow get Kelly and Barry to team up, I could unleash the Hunters on them..." But he needed four crests in order to get to the lab. "Wait a second..." He remembered about the secret emergency Umbrella door that leads straight to the lab. He smiled. "I have a even better plan..."
- - -
"Chris are you insane!?" Kelly was yelling after him. He just ignored her and continued running down the stairs, once he got to the bottom, he disappeared out of view. There was a moment of silence before three gun shots blasted downstairs. Kelly upholstered her gun and ran down the stairs. Once she got to the bottom she saw a dead zombie in front of the medic room. Chris was halfway down the hall, shooting at two more.
Kelly ran up to him. "Chris what are you doing!?" He didn't say anything, just gave her a grin. Kelly knew they didn't have many bullets to spare, but there was also a lot of doors they didn't get to search in the other hallway, and one in this corridor. Chris knew what he was doing. She raised her gun up to a zombie's head. She gave him a grin back.
- - -
Jill ran up to the secret hole behind the picture. Inside was a .50 caliber hand cannon, on two hooks. She started reaching for it, when she remembered about the crest. Jill gave it a long hard thought, and very slowly put her left hand on the left hook, and used her right hand to very carefully lift the hand cannon off the hooks.
Once she had it in her hand, she quickly lifted her left hand off the hook. Nothing, no clicking, or anything. She let out a sigh of relief. She turned around and started running towards the door, with the gun tightly in her grip. As she ran around the second corner, she stepped on a tile, that was a button. She looked down on it. Then the pictures started sliding up, one by one. Jill had a strong feeling whatever was about to happen wouldn't be pretty.
- - -
Kelly felt bad for killing those men. But she knew there wasn't any other choice. Chris on the other hand looked like he was enjoying himself. Once all the zombies were dead, they searched around the first corridor. One of the rooms had a big tiger statue, but nothing else. The other had a big plant growing out of a big fountain in the middle of a room. Kelly walked over to the left side of it, and saw a key on the other side on the far wall. "Chris! Come take a look at this!" Chris ran over to where she was. He saw the key on the wall. He started to run for it, but the plant wouldn't allow that, he grabbed Chris' leg with one of his vines, and pulled him up high, up-side down.
"Chris!" Kelly upholstered her gun, and started firing at the plant. But it had no effect at all. "Kelly, Go back to the medic room, and try to find chemicals to put in the filter take!" Kelly shook her head. "I can't leave you!" She yelled back. Chris quickly got another idea, he pulled out his knife, and was about to slash the vine, but the plant grabbed his right hand. It was much stronger than him.
"Kelly you have to!" She put her gun back in her holster, and started running back to the door, she turned around and gave one last look at Chris. She ran through the door, and corridor, and made her way back to the medic room.
- - -
Jill started walking backwards towards the door. She knew she should run to it as fast as she could. But she couldn't resist to see what was about to come out of the walls. Once all of the pictures were up high, revealing a rather large hole behind each one, nothing happened. She waited for a minute before she decided to move closer to the nearest picture.
She couldn't see anything, it was pitch black, there was nothing in there. She let out another sigh of relief and started heading back towards the door. Halfway to the door she thought she heard a raven's caw. She stopped, and started looking around. She didn't see any ravens in the room. Just then she heard another one, then two more. She knew she wasn't hearing things now, she started running towards the door, that got the ravens going. They started flying out of the holes. Jill safely reached the door she turned around and saw the entire room has been filled with black ravens. She noticed a few heading towards her, she quickly opened the door, and slammed it shut behind her. She could hear them pecking at the door.
She wiped the sweat off her forehead and walked back to the room where she last saw Barry...
- - -
When Kelly reached the medic room, she rushed over to the chemical shelf. She started reading the labels on the bottles, but couldn't find anything that could kill the plant. She started to panic, that's when she turned around, and saw a bag on the floor, she picked it up and saw it was suppose to kill plants and roots. "This might work." She said to herself, she quickly ran through the door, with the bag held tightly under her right arm.
Once she got into the room with the plant, and Chris. She saw that Chris managed to escape the vine that grabbed him, now he was in the back left corner of the room. He heard the door open and Kelly walk in with a bag under her arm. She had a very surprised look on her face when she saw him tucked safely in the back corner.
"Quickly! Chris started to say. "Kill this thing Kelly!" Kelly nodded and ran over to the tank that was next to the door, she ripped opened the bag and tilted it upside down. Once the bag was empty she looked over at the plant, the water coming out of the middle of the fountain turned red, and the plant started moving its vines controllably. After a few more seconds it stopped moving.
Kelly looked over at Chris and smiled, she threw the bag down and ran over to him...

Jill was admiring the .50 caliber when she heard a door slam in-front of her. Jill gasped and dropped the gun, without even knowing. "Relax Jill, it's just me." She looked up and saw Barry, with a confused and sad expression on his face. But she didn't think anything of it, she just smiled at him, a little embarrassed for acting so scared. "Boy you sure scared me." She said looking down at her right hand that was still on her holstered gun. She quickly took it off and laid it by her side.
Barry took three steps toward her, and looked down at the ground. She was about to ask him if he found anything when he softly said "I'm sorry Jill." She was confused. "Sorry for what Barry?" She took two steps toward him to try to comfort him, obviously he was on the verge of crying. He quickly raised his head up, and his right hand with it. She looked up and saw the .45 was in his tight grasp. Before she could react the .45 came down like a missile, slamming into the left side of her skull, and knocking her on her side like a sack of potatoes.
Barry was breathing hard, he lost the feeling in his hands and the gun slipped through, hitting the ground with a loud thud. Wesker walked in behind him, clapping. "Very nice work Barry, I'm sure your wife and kids would be very proud." Barry filled with rage and hatred turned around and almost killed him right then and there. But he knew he couldn't cause he would also be killing his wife and two daughters. "Now Barry take her to the underground lab, here is the key, that'll open the secret door." He handed Barry a red plastic Umbrella I.D card. "I have our other guest to attend to." He gave Barry a evil grin and turned around in the blink of a eye.
He turned his head a little to the right. "And remember I will be watching you and if you try anything foolish your wife and two girls will pay and don't think it'd be quick and painless." And before Barry could comprehend what he said Wesker disappeared into the next room.
Barry looked down at Jill and saw she had found a .50 caliber. He picked Jill up and threw her over his left shoulder. Then he picked up the .50 caliber and carried it in his left hand... - - -
Chris collapsed against the corner, and Kelly kneel down beside him, who was holding onto his right ankle with both hands. "Chris are you okay?" She gently pushed his hands aside to examine the damage. "Yeah I'm fine. It's not broken, it's just throbbing with pain but I can walk it off." She looked at him with a concerned look in her face, and Chris never noticed just how beautiful she was. Ever since he joined S.T.A.R.S. he was trying to get into Jill's pants, but she would always turn him down.
Looking into her big brown eyes made him wish it was Kelly he noticed. Wait a sec, I'm in a mansion with God knows what crawling around trying to eat me, and I'm thinking about which S.T.A.R.S. girl I'd like to go to bed with? He let out a little chuckle at the thought and shook his head. Kelly now looked confused. "What's so funny?" She asked.
He looked up at her and grin. "I'm just thinking about what I'm going to do when all of this is over." Which was true. She gave him a crooked smile and stood herself up giving out a hand to help him. He took it with pleasure and gently pushed himself up, making sure all of his weight was on his left foot. When he was standing up she let go of him, and he purposely leaned far over to his left, as if he was going to hit the ground face first unless she caught him. Which she did almost immanently.
"Chris you cannot walk on that foot! You're gonna have to lay down in the medical room while I..." All of a sudden chris moved in like a tiger for the kill. He wrapped both hands around her waist, and pressed her body against him as tight as he could. Then he kissed her long and hard, straight on the lips.
She was caught by total surprise and could not stop it, and once he kissed her she couldn't stop it. She had waited for what seemed like forever for him to make a move, and she didn't care if the timing couldn't be worse. She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him hard back. They stayed like that for quite some time, they never even noticed the door opening up behind them.
- - -
Barry looked down at her body and hated himself for what he had done. He wasn't sure if Wesker really was holding his family hostage, but he didn't want to find out the hard way that he was telling the truth. So he is going to follow his orders, but protect Jill the best way he could. He looked down at the card and slid it in his left side pack, and bent down to pick up his .45. He put it back into his right holster and sighed. He started to think back when he first encountered Wesker.
Barry checked the one room on the first floor. It was right after he and Jill separated. He was browsing through the small room under the stairs when he heard the door open behind him, and expected it to be Jill but it was Wesker.
"Find anything?" Wesker asked, closing the door behind him. Barry shook his head. "Nope. Just a broken shotgun that is completely useless to fire, but it can be used as a melee weapon." Barry said joking. Wesker's grin disappeared from his face, and now he looked like he was about to say something serious.
"Barry I have some good news, and bad news for you. The good news first. There is a underground lab under the mansion. There is a elevator in the lab that leads up to the heliport. On that heliport is a helicopter with plenty of fuel to take us back to Raccoon City." For a second Barry was so happy to hear that. He was about to ask Wesker how he knew all of that when Wesker started on with the bad news.
Wesker turned around and aimed his back at Barry. "And now for the bad news... I have some men at your house holding your family hostage." Barry thought he was joking, but it's not like him to kid around. "What was that?" he asked hoping he misunderstood him. He turned around and that grin was back on his face. "You heard me Barry. If you follow my orders I can assure you my men won't leave a scratch on them. But if you kill me the men will know; and your lovely wife and two beautiful daughters will become worm-"
Barry too angry to even think about his actions grabbed Wesker's throat with his right hand and lifted him up in the air. Wesker is two inches taller than him, but forty pounds lighter and lifting him up felt like lifting one of his daughters up to put her on his shoulder.
Barry didn't hold Wesker for more than a second Before Wesker kicked him in the rips with such a powerful blow which caught Barry by surprise coming from such a skinny guy. He let go and placed both hands on his right rips. Wesker landed on both feet and let out a cold evil laugh.
"Barry would you like to talk to your wife?" Before he could answer Wesker turned his shoulder radio on and spoke in a clear cool voice. "This is Alpha 0, how are things going Alpha 3?" Barry couldn't hear Alpha 3's reply, because Wesker had one of those one ear headphones with a mouth piece. "Good," Wesker suddenly said in the mouthpiece. "Alpha 0 out." He looked down at Barry he was now on one knee, holding onto his sore rips. "Now Barry this is the plan..."

Kelly tried several times to pull away from Chris. But she only managed to pull away long enough to say his name before he came back. None of them were aware of the zombie sneaking up behind them. Kelly noticed a horrible smell getting stronger by the second. She opened her eyes and saw a tall zombie reaching for Chris. He was only five feet away, Kelly started to hit Chris on the shoulder, he pulled away and was about to say something when he heard the zombie let out a soft moan behind him.
Without warning he shoved Kelly into the corner, and placed his right hand on his left shoulder knife holster. He quickly pulled the long army knife out and perfectly made a 360 turn and saw the horrible creature for the first time. He extended his right arm and raised it, to the level of the zombie's throat. and slashed it. Splatters of blood hit his cheek but he never noticed. He watched as the zombie took a step backwards, and fell on its back.
He slashed the air with the knife, getting the blood off the long blade and slid it back into his holster. He turned around and looked at Kelly with a smile on his face. "Now where were we?" "Chris we really should save our energy." She said starting to walk away, but he grabbed her again looked deep in her eyes and spoke with such a sweet voice. "It's worth dying for." He kissed her again while gently laying her down on the dirty ground. After that she stopped fighting with him...

Barry was carrying Jill's unconscious body over his left shoulder. He was taking her to the underground laboratory Wesker had told him about. He wanted to kill Wesker so badly. But he knew it would be the end of his wife and two daughter's and very well his life if he did.
He was taking a shortcut through the woods when he heard twigs break behind him. He stopped walking and turned around making sure nothing was following him. "Hello" He said with a shaky voice. A crow shot up from the bushes on his left and flew away. Silence followed... He turned around and continued walking when he heard something bolt out of the bushes behind him.
One of those hell hounds that chased the Alpha team into the mansion jumped out of the bushes and onto Barry's back. Barry almost lost his balance, and fell face down into the dirt. The dog jumped off his back; leaving scratches all over Barry's red vest. Barry turned around and unholstered his .45. The dog barked at him and leaped again, this time Barry had the barrel of the .45 waiting to collide with the creature...

Kelly slid the armor key into the first door she found with the armor engraved on the handle. She heard a loud click on the other side of the door and gulped. She put the key in her front leg pocket and gently placed her hand on the old rusty doorknob. She turned it slowly to the left, and pushed the door open.
She took a deep breath and poked her head in the room. A strong odor quickly hit her nostrils as she looked in the deserted room. Turns out just to be a old storage closet that hasn't been used in years. There was ladders, old boxes, and broken lamps scattered all across the floor. There were shelves on her left, and a gas tank on her right. A smile spread across her face as she reached down to pick it up. It was full of kerosene. She was twisting the lid back on when Chris grabbed her from behind.
Scared half to death and dropping the tank she jammed her right shoulder in Chris's stomach, thinking it was a zombie. Chris let go and held his stomach with both arms. "Relax Kelly it's just me!" He said kneeling to the ground. "Oh Chris I'm sorry! I thought you were one of them!" She bent down next to him. "You shouldn't sneak up at me like that. Especially... here." She said with a shaky voice. He shot up like nothing happen. She stood up as well.
"Have you found anything useful Chris?" She asked him. He shook his head. "No, you?" She looked down at the tank. "Chris do you still have that lucky lighter of yours?" He followed her gaze. "What do you plan on burning?" He asked her with a puzzled look on his face. She shrugged "Oh I don't know... it might come in handy later. But I don't want to carry that thing around." She turned around and walked back into the hallway.
Chris followed her shutting the door behind him. "Do you remember any other doors with the armor engraved on the handle?" He asked her. "No... not on this side. Maybe on the west side of the mansion?" He nodded. "Let's go to the west side then. Hopefully we'll meet up with Barry and Jill."
- - -
Kelly and Chris walked through the main hall, heading towards the west side of the mansion when they both heard something scratching at the front door... Kelly heard it first and stopped. Chris pointed at the front door and she saw that the devil dogs who chased them into this horrible mansion were now tearing the door down with their teeth.
The door like the rest of the mansion was old and hollow. The dogs have chewed three larges holes through it so far. Kelly and Chris stood and stared in amazement. One of the holes got big enough for one of them to squeeze threw.
Kelly was finally able to pull her gaze away from them and started running for the west double doors. She was half way there when she realized Chris was still staring at them. She turned around and ran back to Chris, not looking at the huge holes the dogs were making. "Chris we got to go!" He looked down at her and just then they heard claws tapping against the marble floor. She gasped and looked to her left, and watched three of the dogs jumped threw the big hole. And were now growling at them.
"Run." Chris whispered in her ear and she quickly took action. They both made a run for the west door. The first devil dog barked at them and ran after them. Much quicker than them he was able to cut them off. Kelly and Chris stopped running as they saw the dog stop in front of the double doors. "Run up the stairs!" Chris yelled. They turned around and stopped dead in their tracks. The other two devil dogs managed to sneak up on them and were now making a circle around Chris and Kelly. Growling and showing their vicious teeth.
Kelly breathing hard wrapped her arms around Chris' waist and hid her face in his chest. Chris held her tightly and looked at the dogs...
- - -
"Oh Chris.." She softly whispered. He closed his eyes and held her tightly. Knowing there wasn't anything else to do. One of the dogs barked at them, while another sneezed. The one behind them was preparing to make a leap, when a large bullet went through its skull from above. Chris and Kelly - surprised opened their eyes and looked at the dog behind them. It was lying lifeless on the marble floor. Blood spreading around its skull.
Kelly looked up and saw Wesker on the second floor. Blowing what must of been a dog whistle in his mouth. Before she knew it the other two dogs were running up the stairs, after Wesker. Wesker spit the whistle out and looked down on them. "Get outta here! I can handle them!" Chris doing what he was told pulled Kelly out of the room. More gunfire up above as they walked through the double doors.
- - -
Barry laid Jill's body down softly on the cell bed. He felt so weak, and ashamed at himself while looking down at her body. He unholstered her as Wesker said. But didn't take her weapons out of the cell. He hid them under the bed instead. Along with her lock pick. He hoped to God she would do a search around the room. The last thing he slid under the bed was the .50 caliber.
He walked out of the cell, with his head down. He hopes his wife never finds out what he had done to his so-called friends. He shut the big metal door behind him, and swiped the 'Umbrella I.D Card' that Wesker probably got off one of the dead researchers corpse. It made him feel so weak just having it in his pocket. The light blinked to red and make a loud 'click' she was now locked in that big dirty cell all by herself, in this nightmare...
- - -
Chris slammed the big double doors behind him. The gunfire above stopped and silenced followed. Kelly looked up at Chris with a shocked expression across her face. "Chris what are you doing!? We have to go help him!" She said with a angry tone. Chris looked at her. "You heard the man Kelly. He told us to run to safety. I'm just following orders."
Kelly slowly shook her head at him. "Fuck orders!" She kicked the door on the left open and ran into the large hallway, gun raised high. Chris looked at her, eyes flaring. "Fine you want to go help him? Be my guest. I'll be down here doing something useful and trying to find a way out." He turned around and walked over to the door on the far wall.
She looked away and ran up the wide stairwell that leads to two smaller stairwells on each side. She quickly ran up the right side and ran over to the second door on the left. She saw the corpse of the two devil dogs. She stopped and let out a sigh of relief. Wesker must be okay.
She walked towards the door, and stopped right in front of it. So far so good she thought. She closed her eyes and inhaled. With no hesitation she laid her right hand on the handle and threw the door wide open. It lead to a skinny hallway, with another door on the end. She was about to walk over to that door when she heard a shotgun blast to her left.
Completely ignoring the ground shaking she quickly made her way to the first door. She didn't even stop to inhale this time. She burst through the door and raised her gun. It was another hallway, with a door on her right. There was another shotgun blast followed by a male's voice.
Whoever he was his voice was coming from that door on her right. She ran over to it and tried the doorknob, but it was locked. She had the armor key, but no time. She aimed her gun at the knob and pulled the trigger twice. The first shot knocked the knob out of place, the second knocked it off. Before it could hit the floor she kicked the door opened and ran through it. It lead to another hallway, with a tight turn on the left. She ran around it, hoping to God a zombie wasn't waiting for her.
It was clear. And another door was at the end. She ran to it and tried the knob. What do ya know it was unlocked. She slammed it open and gasped. There was three little steps that lead up to another door in front of her. But there were blood smears all over it.
The were bloody hand prints on the wall, and the door. The knob had blood dripping to the floor. She had a rush of fear go through her body. The last thing in the world she wanted to do was go through that door. But there was another blast, louder than ever. She inhaled and ran for the door....

Barry looked down at the crest Jill had in her side bag. It had the wind symbol on the face. He remember Chris having the Sun. And Wesker informed him he had the star. And told Barry where he could get the moon. It was hidden up in the attic. He told Barry once Jill has been stripped and locked up to head back to the mansion and search for Chris. Do the same to Chris as he did to Jill. And if Kelly were with him then to execute her, for she is worthless.
Barry walked by the wall with three oval shaped holes. Wesker had already put the star crest in, and Barry slid the wind in next to it. Now they only needed Chris' sun and the moon in the attic.
When he made it back into the horrible mansion. He saw Chris right off the bat. He was alone and about to go through the door where Jill had found that .50 caliber when there was a scream above them. Chris' face flushed with fear. "Kelly." He whispered and before Barry knew it Chris was running through the hallway... - - -
With each step Kelly's legs felt weaker. Once she reached the door she could barely old herself up. She closed her eyes and opened the door. The smell that hit her was much worse than the rest of the mansion. It was a mix between mold, blood, and many other odors that did not go together.
She opened her eyes and saw Richard Aiken laying on the floor in front of her. He was laying in a large puddle of his own blood. "Richard!" She ran to him and was hit back by something huge that was long and slimy. It hit her with such force she went flying through the air and hit the wall next to the door. She landed in cobwebs and dust. She sneezed and heard a slow hissing noise coming from above. She wish instantly she listened to Chris and stayed on the first floor. What was on the ceiling was the most hideous thing she has ever seen.
It was a large 25 foot snake. With fangs that looked like ice cycles, and vicious black eyes and large brown spots all over his body. He was sliding down from the large post he was laying on and hissed at her. Kelly is a Ophidiophobia and her worst nightmare just came true.
She couldn't move, her legs went completely numb from fear. She couldn't take her eyes off the creature. He started to slither over to her when Richard raised his head. "Kelly, run!" All at once the feeling came back in her legs and she slowly arose. The snake started to slither towards her even faster, and raised his head in attack. She got up completely just in time to dive to her left. He just missed biting her with those deadly fangs.
Still on her hands and knees, Kelly started crawling over to a big pile of boxes on the far side of the room. Her breathing was very harsh, and her heart felt like it was gonna jump out of her chest. The snake slowly raised his head and hissed at her. He tried again. This time slithering as fast as he could. Kelly was about fifteen feet away from the boxes, when she felt the fangs of the snake bite through her left leg like a knife through butter.
A sharp pain shot through her whole body as she screamed from the constant throbbing in her leg. The snake just laid there with her leg in his mouth. She tried kicking his eye with her right foot but she was too weak.
She was on the verge of passing out when she heard a shotgun blast right behind her. The snake let go and hissed in pain as Richard starting firing more shells in his head. The snake turned around and swallowed Richard whole. And that's when Kelly did pass out...
- - -
Chris ran upstairs where he last saw Kelly. The dead devil dogs were lying on the floor to his right. There was a door right in front of him, and one to his right. He stood there, hoping for another scream. He had no idea which door to go through... He closed his eyes and yelled at himself for letting her go so easily. He should've stayed with her. Just then something hard hit him on the shoulder. He spun around and came face-to-face with a familiar face.
"Barry." He said relieved. He lowered his weapon. He looked around with curious eyes. "Barry, where is Jill? Is she alright?" Barry didn't say anything. He looked down at his .45 in his right hand. "She is alright... we decided to split up. That's all." He turned around and faced his back at Chris.
Chris opened his mouth, ready to ask him where Jill went. When they both heard a loud hissing noise coming from above them. Barry looked up and remembered what Wesker had told him about the attic hit him all at once...
[wesker] "The last crest you'll need is the moon crest. And you'll find it in the attic of this building.
*Walks towards the door*
*Stops and looks at him*
"I just hope you''re not a Ophidiophobia Barry."
*Walks out the door*
Barry was confused by that statement at first. But now it's all very clear to him. There must be snakes in the attic. And Kelly must've encountered them looking for the crest. He turned to Chris who was already heading towards the door. Barry chased after him. "Chris, she is in the attic! Follow me I'll lead you the way!" Chris stopped and let Barry lead the way. He went through the door on the left, it lead to another long hallway.
Then he went through the first door on his right. It lead to a tiny hallway with only one other door. Barry opened that door with a harsh blow and aimed the .45 in the air. They still weren't in the attic, but they are pretty sure they are right outside of it. There was one door in front of them. Bloody hand prints smeared all over it. Chris gasped and pushed Barry aside, and ran up the steps - almost tripping on the last one. And burst through the door. The smell hit him first. He almost choked on his own breathe.
He looked to his left first and saw Kelly lying unconsciously on her stomach. He ran to her and kneel down beside her. "Kelly!" He yelled while turning her body over. One look at her face and he thought she was surely dead. Her whole body turned a light blue shade, except for her eyes and lips, which turned a faint purple.
Barry was behind him now and let out a gasp. He looked down at her leg and saw it was surely a snake bite. But not from a normal sized snake. The bite marks went all the way up her thigh. She let out a little cough that surprised them both. Chris grabbed her wrist and checked her pulse. There was the slightest throb against his fingers. He looked up and Barry with a shocked expression. "She's alive!"
Just then they heard a hiss coming from the wall to their left. Chris and Barry stopped dead in their tracks and listened as something huge and slimy started to slither against the floor. There was a huge perfectly round hole in front of them. And the head of a snake appeared. He looked at them and hissed. Then started to slither all the way out. Chris and Barry were scared shitless as the snake seemed to never end. It just kept slithering through the hole. After seven seconds of slithering they were finally able to see its tail.
Something started to gleam against the trail of slime the snake left behind. Barry recognized it as the moon crest. He looked down at Chris who was scooping Kelly up into his arms. He stood up with her limp body in his arms. It reminded Barry of how he would carry his little girls to bed when they fell asleep on the sofa watching late night cartoons...
Chris looked over at Barry. "I have to get her to that medicine room on the east side. I remember seeing serum on the shelves." Barry nodded. "You go ahead. I have to... get something I dropped on the second floor earlier today. It was a key." Chris looked at Barry confused. The snake very close to them now. Chris nodded and took off to the door where he first entered...
- - - - -
Jill awoke to a splinting headache. She slowly leaned forward and held her head with both hands...
- - -
Kelly awoke muttering something to Chris. "What was that Kelly?" She slowly opened her eyes and saw Chris sitting next to her. She smiled at him and sat up. Then the memory hit her like a ton of bricks. The snake's vicious eyes, his deadly teeth, and she swore she could still hear the hissing in her ears.
Kelly went hysterical. She closed her eyes and started to shake her head back and forth screaming "Snake!" over and over again. Chris jumped onto the bed with her and tried desperately to control her without scaring her to death. "Kelly, Kelly listen to me. The snake is dead. Barry finished him off." But Chris wasn't sure if that was true or not. He hasn't seen Barry since the attic... Either way Kelly wouldn't listen, she was still shaking her head. Chris was losing his patience. He grabbed Kelly by her arms and started to raise his voice. "Kelly the snake is dead! DEAD! D-E-A-D dead! You don't have to worry about it anymore!" Kelly finally stopped and looked at him with a surprised expression on her face. Then she smiled and had the 'I just won a million dollars' expression. She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him tightly. A little too tightly. Chris was having a hard time breathing. "Hey listen. Barry may of found a key. I don't know if it's useful or not. But it could help us get out of here. Why don't we try to find Barry?"
She let go and nodded in agreement. He stood up and put his left hand out for her. Her smile faded as she looked at the bandage that covered her whole left thigh. Blood marks were in a prefect curve across her thigh. She touched it and let out a little yelp. "Chris I can't walk on this. I'll only slow you down." He was getting impatient again. He grabbed her hand and yanked her out of bed. She let out a little gasp and fell into his arms. She looked up at him shocked. He just grinned back at her. "You see. It's not so bad."
She pulled away from him and realize the wound on her thigh only hurt a little. "Are you ready to go?" He asked her. She nodded and started to walk towards the door. Chris noticed she was limping. But didn't say anything about. She opened the door and Chris immediately saw that Barry seemed to of left them a little note on the door. He ripped it off the door and saw it was Barry's hand writing all right.
Chris I found the the last crest for the back door. That means we can finally leave this hell house. All you have to do is put the one crest you and Kelly found in the last remaining slot and the door should unlock. I already put the other three in and now I'm heading off to find us some useful items while Kelly recovers. I'll catch up with you guys later. ~ Barry.
Reading this put a huge smile on his face. And a little distrust against Barry. But he found them a safe exit so he must still be good. "What is it?" Kelly asked. He looked up at her. "It's a evicted notice."

Barry was walking back to the garden. He could see the secret door in front of him when something stopped him dead in his tracks. It was a picture of his family, lying in a small puddle of blood. Barry kneel down to pick it up.
"Barry..." Wesker's evil voice said in the shadows. "Yes Satan?" Barry replied back. Wesker snickered. "Close." He emerged from the shadows to Barry's left. Barry looked up at him and never wanted to kill a man more in his life. Wesker had his shades off and was polishing them in his hands.
"Barry your little games haven't been helping your friends out. They've only been dangering your lovely family." Barry looked down at the bloody picture in his hands. "I don't know what you're talking abo-" Before Barry could finish Wesker kicked him in his left ribs. Barry caught by surprise gasped and fell on his stomach. His beard was now in the puddle of blood.
Wesker slowly put his shades back on with that evil grin on his face. "Barry when I told you I will be watching you like a hawk did you figure it was impossible?" Wesker started to walk circles around Barry. "I've been watching you since you walked through that door ending our first little conversation." Barry still coughing rolled over on his back. "Jill's equipment in the cell, helping Chris fight my poor snake and then killing it, putting the three crest in the back door and then leaving them a note about that." Wesker stopped and signed. "It's a full time job it to cover you mistakes Barry." Barry looked up at him and spit in his direction. Wesker just grinned and continued walking in circles. "Jill will not be waking to find her gun under her bed, and when Chris and Kelly reach the back door they will see you have put those three crest for them but they will have another surprise waiting for them."
Barry slowly sat up holding his sore ribs. "You bastard." Wesker stopped and signed again. "Barry your recent actions have shaken our trust. If I can't trust you..." Silenced followed. And in two seconds flat Wesker pulled out his S.T.A.R.S. 9mm and blew a hole in picture of Barry's family that he dropped when Wesker kicked him. "Remember that Barry." He turned around and went through the secret Umbrella door. Barry stood up and looked down at the picture. All you can see was a white border, and a large hole in the middle. His family was gone.
Barry filled with hate and angry went after Wesker...

Kelly and Chris were back in the main hall. The front door was torn to pieces and the devil dogs corpses were still lying on the second floor, rotting away. Kelly's thigh was starting to ache. A shot of sharp pain went through her leg with each step. But she never mention it to Chris. She didn't want to seem weak to him.
Chris was a few feet ahead of her as they walked across the main hall. She tried desperately to catch up but her leg would stiffen if she walked too fast. Chris reached the large double doors that lead to the west of the mansion. He stopped and turned towards Kelly who was a little more than half way across the room. He felt bad her her. It was his fault why that happened to her. And he knew that he should be taking better care of her. When she reached him, he wrapped his right arm across her waist, and pulled her left arm around his neck.
She tried to pull away. "No Chris I don't need help." But Chris wouldn't let go. "Let me help you Kelly." She looked down at her feet. She stopped trying to pull away so Chris figured it was okay to move forward. With Chris' help they breezed through the mansion's west wing. They were in the hallway where Chris first heard Kelly screaming for help, there was one last door at the very end Chris was sure it was the one that will lead them to the back hallway. And it was. When they walked down the long hallway there it was the door that leads to the garden. It was old and rusted. But to them it looked like pure gold.
Chris reached in his back pocket with his left hand and dug out the last remaining crest. He looked up at the wall next to the door and saw the last remaining sot. Chris kissed the crest and dashed for the door. Pulled Kelly behind them. Neither of them acknowledged the bullet-picture on the floor...

Jill stood up from her cell bed and immediately sat back down. Her vision was blurry and the left side of her head was throbbing. She slowly raised her left hand and touched the left side of her head. As she expected there was a fairly large knot where it was throbbing. When her fingers touched it, it stung until she lifted them off.
She closed her eyes and remembered Barry walking down the hall with a sad expression. He was looking down at his .45. She remembered him saying sorry and slamming the gun against her head. She opened her eyes. Her eyes were starting to focus. She could see a toilet that hasn't been cleaned out in years. A sink brown and rusty, and a bath mirror. Which was cracked and covered in mold. Then the smell hit her. She coughed and covered her nose with her right hand.
To her right was the cell door. Still holding onto her nose Jill sat up and walked to the door. She knew it wouldn't work but thought trying the doorknob was necessary. And of course it was securely locked on the other side.
She looked through the little bars on the door and could see the hallway was empty and like the cell dirty and covered in mold. She heard a soft mechanical noise coming from above. When she looked up a little security camera was looking down at her. The red light was flashing meaning it was recording. Just then the warning light next to the camera started to flash and her ears were filled with a loud beeping noise...
She started to hit the door yelling for help...
- - -
In the security room Wesker found the switch for letting the Hunters out of their cages and pulled it down. The laboratory was instantly filled with a loud annoying beeping as the lights started to flash red...

Kelly and Chris were so happy to finally get out of the mansion. They were in a rather large garden and so far the coast was clear. Kelly closed her eyes and let the wind hit her face. She smiled and looked up at Chris who was grinning down on her.
For the first time they actually took a look around the garden with their eyes. The plants were all dead, and you can hear a faint waterfall in the distant. There was a long pathway to their left that leads to a small elevator, and two doors in front of them.
Chris thought it over and decided to take the elevator. He carefully carried Kelly down the long path and realized there wasn't room for the two of them when he reached it. "I'll go first." He said. "We don't know what's down there and you can't fight on that leg." He looked down at her and saw a scared expression.
"Don't worry I'll be back before you know it." He gave her a soft kiss on the cheek and lifted her arm off his shoulder. She leaned against the rocky wall for support. He stepped onto the platform and turned towards her. He looked down at the panel and hit the down button. Kelly let out a soft scream as she saw Chris getting shorter, and shorter.
When the elevator hit the ground Chris took a deep breath and walked off. So far it seemed peaceful and quiet. He walked up until the middle of the room and saw there was nothing in sight. He walked back to the elevator and pressed the Up button for Kelly.
After a few seconds he heard the elevator coming back down. Kelly couldn't wait until the elevator came to a stop before stepping off. She jumped off when it was six feet above ground. Chris surprised reached out for her and caught her. She wrapped her skinny arms around his neck and hid her face in his green vest. He hugged her back and decided he wouldn't leave her alone again. No matter what.
After he finally calmed her down they found a ladder that lend to a secret underground corridor. Chris went down first, and waited halfway for Kelly. Once she finally got her stiff leg on the ladder she slowly made her way down. Chris went all the way down and helped her. Once they were both safely on the ground they took a look around...
- - -
"Ew... gross." Kelly covered her nose with her left hand. The smell in the underground corridor was unbearable. Chris started to slowly move forward with his pistol in his right hand and his left hand outstretched in front of him, he could feel the slimy wall to his left and every time he would take a step it would make a 'clonk' sound.
Kelly held on to Chris' vest with her right and and her sore leg with her left. They moved slowly through the dark tunnel for a while before Chris ran into a wall. "It must be a dead end." He said disappointed. Tired Kelly leaned her body on the wall to her left and fell threw it. She let out a little squeak as she hit the slimy ground on her sore leg. "Kelly!" Chris ran to her side and helped her up. "I'm okay Chris. Just surprised me a little. It's not everyday when you fall through concrete."
Chris looked around at the new corridor they were in. It was well lit with a portable light generator. Kelly looked back at the wall and laughed at herself. It wasn't a wall at all it was a dark wooden door covered in mold and blended in with the mold on the walls. Chris could see two doors one on the left and one on the right. He looked at Kelly and was going to ask her which one first when a loud non-human scream soared through the air followed by a gunshot... - - -
Barry was sneezing as he walked down the dark slimy corridor. The mold in the air was getting to him. He found the ladder down to the underground as he was carrying Jill on his back. He left Chris and Kelly in the aid-room because he had to know for sure it was safe. So far he hasn't come across anything dead or alive.
He searched all but one door. He stood in front of it and sneezed in his left hand. He wiped his hand on his thigh and opened the door. The corridor was the same as the last, a little light, walls and ground covered in mold. Disgusting. He walked in and left the door opened behind him. As he walked closer to the only turn on the left he could hear soft breathing. He stopped to listen and knew for sure there was something breathing around the corner. He pulled out his .45 and held it up to his face, took a deep breath and aimed his gun around the corner. Nothing.
There was another left turn not far down the corridor. He slowly walked towards it, the breathing getting louder. He pressed his body against the dirty wall and again aimed his gun around the corner.
What he saw was the last thing he was expecting. Enrico Marini S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team leader was sitting in a fresh puddle of blood. He was looking down at a picture, Barry couldn't see it but knew it must've been a photo of his family. Barry put his .45 away and made his way to Enrico without saying a word. Enrico startled pulled out his pistol and aimed it at Barry. Barry stopped and raised his hands. "Enrico." He said. "It's okay. It's just me."
Enrico never lowered his weapon. "How do I know you aren't with him!" He barked. Barry knew alright who 'him' was. He looked at Enrico's stomach and saw he has been shot several times. Enrico's breathing got harsher by the second. His gun was shaking he tried to hold it steady but it was getting too heavy.
He pulled the trigger and the bullet scraped Barry's right ear. He yelled in surprise Kneeling down grabbing his ear as quickly as he could. Enrico's arm fell down beside him. "Dirty bastar..." He let out a little cough and silence followed. Barry looked up at him and saw Enrico's head was laying on his right shoulder, his eyes were wide opened, and blood was slowly dripping from his mouth.
Barry still holding onto his ear got up and walked over to Enrico. He kneel down besides him and examined his wounds. They were bullet holes alright. Three of them. How did I not hear the shots? Barry thought to himself. He looked down at Enrico's left hand and saw it was a picture of his family. He stood up and looked at Enrico one last time before turning around and heading back to the main corridor.
He walked through the door and shut it behind him. He let out a sigh and started to walk back to the garden when a three foot green monster burst through the door in front of him and let out a loud scream that could break glass. It had white eyes and walked like it had a large hump on its back. Its teeth were like the giant snake's he encountered in the mansion's attic. The creature made a leap towards him.
Barry as quickly as he could pulled out his .45 once again and aimed it right at the creature's face as it was moving towards him. Showing its lethal claws. He took careful aim and fired, blowing its face clean off. The body of the creature was knocked back into the door.
He gasped, trying to regain his breath, when he could hear more of them in the next corridor...
- - -
Chris and Kelly were hesitated for a few seconds before more gun shots soared through the air. "They are coming from this door!" He pointed to the door on their left. She held on tightly as Chris led her across the corridor. When Chris placed his hand on the rusty doorknob he could feel the knob slowly moving in his palm... as if someone was turning it on the other side.
Before he could react the metal door burst open slamming into his left cheek and knocking him down, along with Kelly to the ground. He could feel fresh blood dripping from his cheek as he hit the ground hard. He landed on his back facing the door, while Kelly landed on her side behind the door.
Chris could hear something sharp hitting the ground with a tap like a school kid tapping the desk with his pencil thinking hard for the answer on the test. He looked up and saw the most grotesque creature of them all. It was about three feet tall, green with lizard-like skin, and glowing white eyes, the tapping noise was its razor sharp claws hitting the ground with each step.
It was walking towards him when it stopped and opened its mouth letting out that in-human scream he heard just moments ago. He felt his thigh for the handgun, knowing he needed it more than ever. He finally found the butt of the gun but didn't have time to unholster it as the creature made an unexpected leap towards him. Chris quickly held both arms out just in time to catch the foul creature's head as its body landed on Chris' stomach.
The weight of the creature knocked the wind out of him but he knew he had to stay strong if he wanted to get this ugly thing off of him. As he held onto the creature's head, it let its claws loose attacking Chris' chest and arms. Just little swipes until the right arm went high and slammed into Chris' left shoulder, it swiped all the way down. Chris yelled in pain as more blood oozed out of his left arm.
He took in a deep breathe and was able to push the creature's upper body backgrounds, just giving him enough time to pull his knife out of his shoulder holster with his right hand. The creature regained its balance and came down on Chris again screaming as he raised his right arm in attack. Chris closed his eyes and started yelling as he grabbed the creature's head with his left hand and quickly shoved his nine inch blade into the creature's right eye.
It let out a scream in pain, falling off Chris' stomach and rolling around on the ground screaming and clawing the air constantly. After about fourteen seconds the screaming got weaker and the clawing got slower. A few seconds later it wasn't moving at all. Chris looked up at Kelly who was just now getting up. She looked dizzy and was holding her head with her right hand. His left arm started to burn. He looked at it and saw three deep cuts running from his shoulder to his elbow bleeding badly.
Kelly noticed the cuts at the same time. "Oh no." She whispered to herself. She started to crawled over to him being careful to stay away from the creature as she crawled by it. She couldn't help but notice the white eyes, they were still glowing. She quickly took her gaze away and continued towards Chris...
- - -
When Kelly reached Chris she nearly puked at the sight of his arm. She sat down and laid his head on her lap. "Luckily for you I had two years of medical school training before joining the service." She said pulling her white S.T.A.R.S. T-shirt off. And luckily for me I'm wearing a tank-top under this. She thought to herself. She quickly wrapped it around Chris' arm, and held it in place. The white cotton was slowing turning a bright pink.
"Why only two years?" Chris asked her. She looked up at him and grinned. "I never wanted to go in the first place. My parents were both doctors, their parents were both doctors, and my dad insisted I carried on the family tradition." She dug her med-kit out of her back pouch. "So I went to medical school right after I graduated. My parents paid for everything. After two weeks of being in that horrible school I knew medicine wasn't for me. I needed excitement, thrills, y'know." She looked at him and he nodded.
"I called my parents about dropping out and coming home and they said if I were to do that to not bother coming home. So I got a job to save up for a apartment of my own. After two years I had more than enough. And I just so happen to find the cutest apartment on the other side of town. I bought it and left school with no notice."
She opened the med-kit and pulled the alcohol bottle out. "I was nineteen when I left and scared to death. I had no idea what life was like on my own." She twisted the cap off, and gently removed the now red shirt from Chris' arm. The bleeding had pretty much stopped. "Now this is going to hurt really badly." She warned him.
He closed his eyes. She gently tilted the bottle and watched as the clear liquid ran down the rim and onto the cuts. Chris was able to hold still and stay quiet. She poured it all over his arm and pulled a cloth out of the med-kit to wipe off the blood around the cuts. "Tell me more. Help me take my mind off the pain." He told her.
She started wiping gently. "So after I settled in I needed to find another job. I finally found someone who was willing to hire me. She was a old lady named Wendy Cates who owned a flower shop. She needed someone to help her in the back storage room and that's just what I did. The shop was just across the street from the police academy. While I was on break I use to go outside just to watch the rookies train in the backyard. It was amazing."
She poured a little more alcohol on the cuts. "After eight months of working with Ms. Cates the poor lady passed away. Her flower shop was closed down and I was out of the job and a reference. So after some thought I realized the fun exciting job I always wanted is in fact becoming a police officer. So I joined the academy and went through the six worst weeks of my life."
She had wiped all the blood away. She pulled a syringe out of the med-kit along with tetanus. "What is that for?" Chris asked her. "The deeper the wound, the higher the risk of tetanus." She filled the syringe and pushed the back a little to let the medicine squirt out. She pulled a cotton ball out of the med-kit and told Chris to think of a happy place. He closed his eyes again and she stuck the needle in his left arm. Once it was empty she pulled it out and quickly covered the hole with the cotton ball.
"And you're parents never found out about you leaving school?" He asked. "Oh it didn't take long for my dad to track me down. He called me at my apartment and told me I no longer exist to him. That was all he said, and to be honest I was happy. He always made my life miserable."
She pulled a roll of bandages out of the med-kit, and started rolling it around his arm. As she was doing that Barry ran through the open door. "Kelly you're alright." He said with a minor surprised tone in his voice. He looked at the dead creature laying next to Chris. "Chris are you alright?" He asked.
Chris looked at Kelly. "Yeah. I'm alright." She smiled at him and continued rolling. "I have some good news." Barry said. "I found a way out."

Jill wore herself out pounding on the door and yelling for help. She flopped down on the bed, and started to think why Barry would do such a thing to her. She couldn't come up with a explanation no matter how hard she thought about it.
As she was in her train of thought Wesker was punching the three code combinations into the three locks. Once he pressed enter the hatch on the big metal door that leads to the prison hallway released with a loud clink. Jill heard that and stood up from the bed. She stood there listening carefully when she heard footsteps down the hall, she felt relieved. She ran to the door. "Hey! Is someone there? Please help me!" She yelled with a dry throat.
"I'm not here to save your pathetic life." She heard a male say. She backed away from the door and saw Wesker's face appear through the bars. She was confused and angry. "Wesker, what the hell is going on?" She asked. "Normally I wouldn't tell my test subjects the situation they are in... but I feel you deserve a explanation." He grinned at her, a rush of fear went through her body. He was just about to start explaining to her when the alarm on his watch went off. He looked down at it. "Oh but if you'll excuse me I have three other guest to attend to." And just like that he was gone.
- - -
Barry led Kelly and Chris through the rest of the tunnels, and to a slimy ladder. He gave his hand to Kelly. "Ladies first." When she was on top Barry helped Chris up. "I don't need your help Barry I can do it myself just fine." Barry stepped aside and let Chris go first. Chris climbed it as if he didn't have a arm and ankle injury.
Barry wrapped his big hands around the ladder's steps as Chris went over the top, and could feel the gross texture through his gloves. He held his breathe and climbed as quickly as he could. When he got to the top the fresh air surprised him. Kelly noticed the cut for the first time on Barry's ear. "Oh Barry let me treat that." He pulled away from her. "Don't worry about it, it's just a minor cut." He told her.
She looked at him surprised. "Barry no cut should be untreat-" Barry cut her off. "I said I'm fine!" She took a step back surprised. "I-I'm sorry Kelly. I'm just really tired." She nodded. "I understand Barry." She turned around to catch up with Chris. Barry looked down at the ground. There is no possible way you can understand the way I feel right now. He thought to himself.
Chris and Kelly walked over to the pool in the middle of the lot and saw it wasn't a pool at all. There was a spiral staircase that lead to a elevator...
- - -
Barry closed the severely rusted elevator door shut as Chris pressed the down button on the control panel. The elevator dropped slowly but steady into the dark hole under them. Kelly took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Barry checked the ammo in his .45, this is the third time ever since he ran into them in the tunnels. But he doesn't think neither of them suspect a thing.
The elevator came to a sudden stop. It was so dark you wouldn't be able to see your hand in front of your face. Barry felt around for the metal door, he found the latch and pulled up on it. The rust on the door made him have to push with all his might. He finally got it to slide on the third shove. He opened it all the way.
Kelly took a step forward with her arms outstretched in front of her. The second her foot hit the cement a bolt of light flashed in the air and she quickly shielded her eyes from blindness. "Jesus Christ!" Chris screamed surprised from the sudden white flash in his eyes. Kelly slowly lowered her hands from her eyes. She could barely see, but this time it's because everything was too bright.
"They must be motion sensor security lights." Barry said. He knew what they were he had to deal with them twice already. Kelly took a step back into the elevator and the lights slowly faded into darkness once again. "Hopefully we don't run into any creatures out there." Chris started to say. "We wouldn't stand a chance." Barry nodded in agreement. But he already knew the labs were empty.
Barry looked in their direction "I'll go first. Kelly you follow behind me, and Chris you take rear." Chris and Kelly nodded. Barry took the first step outside and the security lights blinded them again. They shielded their eyes as they carefully made their way across the lot. Barry found his way to some double double doors and quickly opened them...
- - -
Barry shut the heavy door behind him. The corridor they were now in was light gray and freezing. "Where are we?" Kelly asked walking forward. "If I were to guess... I'll say a top secret facility." Barry replied. Chris looked at him with a curious expression and Barry realized what he just said and looked at the ground.
Chris followed his gaze and couldn't believe what he was standing on. In the middle of the floor was a huge Umbrella logo. "What the hell?" He whispered. Kelly gasped. "Umbrella was behind everything..." She softly said. "But why?" She continued. "They make pharmaceutical products for common house holds." Then her eyes widen. "That must be a front!"
Chris understood exactly what she was saying. "Let's continue forward and search for evidence that can prove your theory." Barry said to Kelly. He started to walk towards the double doors on the far end of the corridor. Kelly looked at Chris and he could tell the idea of moving forward scared her terribly.
He walked over to her and wrapped his arm around her waist. "Don't worry, I'll take care of you." He whispered in her ear. She suddenly looked relieved and nodded with a grin. Barry opened the door and poked his head out. Nothing to the left, noting to the right. He looked back at them. "We can move now."
They walked through the doors and felt a sudden chill run up their spines. It was colder in here than the first corridor. They ended up in a small room with a pair of double doors, and a set of stairs. They tried the double doors first, to Barry's surprise they were unlocked. he poked his head in once again, nothing.
"It's a meeting room he said as Kelly and Chris walked in. "There must be some evidence in here we can use." He looked at Kelly. "You stay here and search for any reports about Umbrella's doings and me and Chris will investigate downstairs.
Chris let her go and gave her a kiss on the forehead. "We'll be back shortly." He softly said to her as Barry walked out into the hallway. Chris turned around and followed him. Shutting the door quietly behind him. Kelly took a quick glance around the room and immanently saw a bookcase filled with files and reports. "Bingo." She said to herself grinning...
- - -
Chris and Barry walked off the last of the steps. They were now in a large corridor with a square shaped walkway. There were four sets of double doors total. One was locked, one was blocked on the other side, but the other two were unlocked and clear of creatures. Barry suggested that he would go and search the area on the right side of the stairs, while Chris stays in the testing room they were standing in. Chris nodded and Barry took off in a rush.
When Barry shut the door behind him he wiped the sweat off his forehead. He didn't want Chris to see the large prison doors in that one corridor on the right of the stairs. He turn to his right and walked down the large U-shaped corridor. In front of him were the same doors he carried Jill through...
Chris felt something wasn't right with Barry. The way he rushed out of the room sweating made Chris even more suspicious of him. He sighed and took a quick glance around the room. The ground was covered in dried up blood, and decaying corpses. Chris covered his nose and mouth with his right hand as he moved forward to the other side of the room.
After searching for a good five minutes he didn't find anything that could help them out. He walked back to the door and let himself out. When closed the door behind him he swore he heard a soft moaning noise coming from the room. But nothing was there so he just thought he imagined it.
He looked to his right and saw the double doors Barry went through. He walked over to them and stopped half way. He almost stepped on a blue and white film cartage. It was laying dead center on the floor. Someone must've laid it down here while he was searching in the testing room. He bent down and could read the bold words across the front of it.
It was the date of today. He gasped and quickly looked around... nothing. He picked it up and stuck it in his pocket...
- - -
Kelly was browsing through the many files on the bookshelf. She had found enough on Umbrella to end their career for good. She was browsing through this one folder tucked neatly behind all the others and in big bold red letters said confidential.
She opened it up and the first thing she saw had stopped her breath completely. Inside were photos of all the enemies they have faced. Umbrella was using poor defenseless animals such as chimpanzees, dogs, and sharks, to make them rotten, horrible foul creatures. She looked through the pages carefully and saw there was a unknown creature on the second-to-last page called T-002 AKA The Tyrant. There were no pictures of it but it sounded terrifying.
She turned the page and couldn't believe her eyes. The last picture was a group of men dressed in lab coats. She recognized the one man in the middle with the blond afro, and black shades. "Wesker..." she whispered.
She closed the folder as quickly as she could and tucked it under her arm. She was about to turn around and run to Chris when she noticed something on the wall. The confidential file must've been hiding it. She moved closer to get a better look and saw it was a red button. She hesitated for five seconds before pressing it with her index finger.
Instantly a loud sliding noise came from the wall to her left. She stepped back and watched as the wall moved up revealing a secret room. It was a tiny room, only about twelve feet in length, and six feet in height. She could see a surveillance system hooked up on a small table on the left, with a little chair in the back corner. She walked in to look at the many TV sets they had and noticed one of them had a blinking button under it. She pressed the button and the screen turned on.
On the screen she was looking at a prison cell. The quality of the image was poor so she didn't get a good look on the inside. She watched it for a few seconds and was about to turn it off when she saw a girl's face appear on the other side of the bars. She looked closer and recognized it has Jill Valentine. She read the white lettering above the screen it read Prison Cell - 1st Floor.
She made a quick 180 turn and stopped dead in her tracks. "Wesker!" The words came out of her mouth without her even knowing it. Wesker was standing at the entrance to the security room with a evil grin on his face. She walked backwards until she ran into the wall.
He walked into the room and stopped in front of the TV sets. Without even looking at the screen he pressed the button under the prison cell TV and pulled his gun out. A rush of fear went through her body as she watched him upholster his S.T.A.R.S. 9mm. Without thinking she rushed towards him and strikes him as hard as she could in the chin with her elbow. He fell to one knee and she limped by him as quickly as she could.
She ran towards the door with the folder under her arm. Wesker pushed himself up and ran after her. He saw she was more than a third of the way across the large room. So he stopped and raised his right arm into the air and took very careful aim. When her hand touched the doorknob he threw his 9mm across the room and it hit her directly in the back of the head...
- - -
Chris couldn't find Barry anywhere. The only other door he could've went through was a small lab testing room, which had nothing useful. There was one other door but it was securely locked. You needed three passwords and a Umbrella I.D card to release the bar across both doors. Probably went back upstairs. He thought to himself.
He walked through the double doors and back up the stairs. When he opened the meeting room door's he knew right away something was wrong. All the lights were shut off but one. It was on the far side of the room shining on a plain white wall.
"Kelly?" Chris called out, walking in and shutting the door behind him. No answer from her. "Kelly!?" He yelled a little louder, but still no answer. He looked around for the light switches, but had no luck finding any. He looked over at the bright light and realized it was one of those old slide machines. He quickly pulled the film out of his pocket and rushed over to it.
He opened the top of the machine and carefully placed the film in. When he closed the lid and pressed the on button the wall turned black. It had the date and time of the roll in bold letters. He found the little button control laying on the table and pressed right. The date slid to the left as another one took it's place on the wall. Chris couldn't believe his eyes...
This picture showed Barry carrying Jill's lifeless body through the first lab corridor with the large Umbrella logo on the floor. That was all he needed to see. He shut the machine off, and upholstered his 9mm.
- - -
Wesker heard Chris shut the machine off and storm out of the room. He and silent Kelly were hidden in the security room, only inches from Chris. He knew right now Barry was telling Jill everything. He was watching it all, her expression, his paranoia... everything.
He picked Kelly's unconscious body off the floor and threw her on his left shoulder. "It is time." He said looking at the tube with the T-002 specimen...
- - -
Jill understood everything now. She couldn't imagine what Barry was going through right now, emotionally. "I am going to kill him." Barry said looking at his hands. Jill shook her head. "No, Barry! They'll kill your family." He turned his back to her; knowing she was right. "I don't know what else to do; if he lives he can kill several other families..." Jill shook her head again. "Don't talk like that Barry. You and your family will get out of this alive and harmless... Just hang in there."
He turned around and gave her a little grin. "Thanks Jill." There was a slight moment of silence. "What am I doing? I should let you out of here!" He pulled his I.D card out of his vest pocket, it made him feel disgusted every time he looked at it.
He did the exact same procedure he had to go through to lock it, only it said 'Invalid I.D' every time he slid it down. "Somethings wrong..." He said looking at the card. On the third try the 'Invalid I.D light came on again and there was a soft click on the doorknob.
He tried the card again. Only he couldn't slide it this time, the reader had locked up on him. "Goddammit!" He yelled throwing the card across the corridor. He had no idea how he could get Jill out of there now. "Don't worry Barry, we'll find a way." She said trying to calm him down. He started walking down the corridor. "I'm gong to try and find me another card." He said over his shoulder. And just like that Jill was alone again....
- - -
Chris was walking towards the large high security locked doors he saw just minutes ago. He knew Barry went through them because he was a Umbrella spy who must've known the three passwords, and surely had the card needed to unlock the panel.
When he was inches away he heard a loud clonk on the other side of the door and quickly realized something was coming through... most likely Barry...
He quickly opened the one door that led to the lab testing room and quietly shut it behind him. He listened as the human walked past the door and kept on going towards the main corridor. He waited until he heard the door shut, then he quickly opened the door he was hiding behind, and in pursuit of the Umbrella spy...
- - -
Wesker laid Kelly's body on the floor in the specimen room. He took her handgun from her holster and threw it across the room, behind unused tubes.
He walked over to a high-security vault which held a syringe filled with a special virus Birkin had created. The side effects were unknown, but Birkin had told him what it would do if and only if the virus can flow through the carriers blood. Wesker punched in the six digit code and opened the vault. Inside the virus was in a glass case, he picked it up and carefully took the syringe out...
- - -
Barry walked forward, towards the room he had left Chris just moments ago. When he reached the door he looked around, making sure Wesker was no where in sight.
When he looked to his right he saw one a pair of double doors that were locked just ten minutes ago wide open. He pulled out his .45 and quietly made his way towards them, not knowing Chris was behind him.
He reached the doors and stopped at the entrance. To the right was a small flight of stairs that lead to what looked like the boiler room. To the left was a elevator. He felt a sudden rush of relieve as he read that the elevator went up to the helipad.
Barry took two steps forward when he felt metal against his head. "Where is she?" Chris asked him with the barrel of his 9mm rubbing against his skull. Barry closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He knew he should've told Chris when he had the chance. Now Chris has reason to believe he works with Umbrella.
"Okay Chris, you don't need that." Barry slowly turned around, he was now face-to-face with the 9mm. The expression on Chris' face is a sight Barry would never forget. He was sweating, and his grip was slightly shaky which can't be good for a award winning marksmen.
Barry opened his mouth ready to explain everything when the elevator behind him had started to come down to their floor. Barry knew it was Wesker calling them, but Chris didn't. Barry opened his mouth, before a sound came out Chris slammed out the 9mm's butt upwards striking Barry in the nose.
Barry took a step back, reaching for his bleeding nose with both hands. "Where the fuck is she!?" Chris nearly yelled at the top of his lungs. The elevator had reached their floor and the doors automatically slid open. Chris pointed to the elevator with his gun. "You take me to her right now." He looked down at Barry's .45. "And drop your gun on the floor."

Stan Ryans, a member of the S.T.A.R.S Bravo Team was high up in a tree that has been his home for 24 hours now. He was tired and thirsty, but couldn't leave the tree outside the Spencer mansion because those hell hounds were watching his every move.
Just hours ago he watched as the S.T.A.R.S Alpha Team came out to search for the Bravo Team 12 hours after their chopper crashed. He watched as they landed their chopper near the crashed Bravo helicopter, and he yelled at the top of his lungs as he watched the Alpha team hopped off the chopper. But no matter how loud he yelled they couldn't hear him over the chopper blades.
He watched the dogs get up and run after poor Joseph. He turned his head away from the awful site as they tore him to shreds. Gun shots filled the air, and he heard the chopper's blades turn on full speed and watched as Brad Vickers took off, leaving the Alpha team behind. Chris Redfield, and some new girl, who must be the new recruit stood and watched Brad go. Albert Wesker ran by them and they instantly took off after him. Heading towards the mansion, Jill and Barry were behind, with the dogs right on their heels.
Stan yelled at them, advising them to stay away but they couldn't hear him over the gunfire....
5 hours have passed since he watched the members enter the mansion, and has not seen one of them since. The dogs returned to their spots guarding the tree, until they got bored and wandered off. He used this to his advantage... He quickly climbed down the tree and ran over to the fallen chopper. He could not find any weapons to use on the dogs. But he did find a water canteen , first aid kit, and a survival bag filled with, flares, and a knife. He quickly grabbed everything and rushed over to the tree. He could only carry one thing up at a time, so he took the water first. He set it down on a branch and climbed back down to grab the survival bag.
He set it down on the branch next to the canteen and climbed back down for the first aid kit. He was half way down when one of the dogs snook up on him, he stopped down in his tracks when the dog jumped up and only missed his foot by a inch. He climbed back up and watched as the other dogs returned...
The only things he had left after 7 more hours was his notebook, a pen, and two flares(Fusees). He had lost the knife to the dogs when he was was cutting off branches, making a collection to throw at the dogs. And the canteen was only half full. He wrote down everything that had happened these past 24 hours until his cheap pen ran out of ink and he threw that as well.
He was laying face up on a thick branch when he heard a soft whizzing sound coming for the west. He looked to his right and through the clouds he saw a soft light coming closer. He pushed himself up into a sitting position and recognized the S.T.A.R.S chopper right away. He pulled a little flare out of his thigh pocket and quickly jumped to his feet-almost losing his balance.
He quickly regain control and ignited the flare. A bright red light appeared in his hand and he waved it high above his head waving it back and forth. The chopper noticed the signal and headed towards him...

The elevator stopped on B-3 and the doors slid open. Barry walked out first with Chris behind, still aiming his gun at his back. Barry had never been on this floor before, but it wasn't hard to find the specimen room. It was right around the corner and every inch of the door read CAUTION! in big yellow words. On the ground was another Umbrella logo, only this one had a additional hazardous logo on top of the Umbrella.
Barry sighed and knew the door would be unlocked... and he was right. The room took his breath away.... there were dozens of tubes filled with specimens you would think only Area 51 would have. Most of them were tiny and harmless... all but one. Barry and Chris walked to the end of the room, and saw the most hideous creature of them all.
It was roughly 9 feet tall, and 500lbs of pure muscle. Its lips have been torn off, revealing his huge teeth as if he was smiling, his right arm has been replaced with three razor sharp claws, at least 2 feet long. And its heart has been placed on the outside of its chest. It was slowly beating.
It was white with a little gray and completely hairless. Chris and Barry stood there, staring at it with awe. Neither of them noticed Wesker walking up behind them... with his 9mm in hand.

"Magnificent isn't it?" Wesker said standing behind Chris and Barry looking up at the T-002 specimen tank. Chris--confused at first made a fast 180 turn and pointed his gun at Wesker. Wesker just laughed at the barrel.
"Oh Chris, I know you haven't gotten one single bullet left in that pistol of yours." And he was right... Wesker looked at Barry. "Good work Barry. Your wife and wonderful children would be most thankful when you return... but until then I'm going to need you to finish one final task for me."
Chris lowered his gun and looked at Barry. "What is he talking about?" He asked him. Wesker's gaze returned to Chris. "Didn't he tell you..?" Chris stared at Wesker, puzzled was written all over his face. Wesker just smirked and looked up at the tank. "Well let me sum all of tonight in the quickest way I can..."
He walked over to the large control panel on the right side of the tank. And without saying a word he raised his right hand, and pressed a big red button. The water in the T-002 tank imminently started to drain.
Wesker walked in front of the tank. "It was all for this." He said placing both hands on the tank. Chris had figured it all out in his head. "Just how long has Umbrella been slipping you a paycheck?"
Wesker slid his hands off the glass and turned towards him. "Good, I see it didn't take much to make you understand. After all you were one of my men." Wesker let out a soft laugh. Chris' cheeks had turned a bright red, and sweat ran down his forehead. He wanted to knock that evil grin off Wesker's face more than anything.
Wesker turned his gaze back to Barry. "Now Barry about that last favor..." He started to say, but Barry cut him off. "No." Wesker slowly smiled, showing his pearly whites. "Now Barry must I remind you-" "No." Barry repeated in the exact same tone.
Wesker had never had anyone at Barry's house. There was no Alpha 3 team waiting to slaughter them like animals. So Barry refusing only left one option left for him.
"Very well then Barry." The grin Barry had gotten to know and hate had finally faded away. Too quick for Barry to react Wesker had pulled out his 9mm and shot Barry three times in the heart...
- - -
Chris tried to yell but couldn't find his voice. He watched Barry's body hit the floor, and laid motionless with his eyes looking up at the ceiling. Chris looked up at Wesker who was now aiming his gun at Chris' heart. The grin was back.
The water was 2/3s drained now. The Tyrant's heart started to beat faster, and its eyes opened. Chris looked up at it and took a few steps backwards. Wesker raised a brow. He could see the shadow of the Tyrant in the corner of his eye raise his right arm. Wesker's eyes had widen and he turned around to face the Tyrant's tank--bad idea.
The Tyrant's arm came down on the glass; shattering it to pieces. Wesker standing just inches from the tank got a handful of glass in his face and shoulders. He had dropped his gun and grabbed his severally bleeding face with both hands, screaming in pain.
The Tyrant stepped out and stood in front of Wesker. Wesker, tall himself had to looking up like a child to a baseball player to see the Tyrant's face. The Tyrant raised his right arm again and smacked it against Wesker's left ribs, knocking him clear across the room, hitting his head hard on devices.
Chris stood back in shock. The Tyrant looked at him and started to walk in his direction, but he was slow--real slow. Chris waited until the right time to run around the Tyrant, just barely avoiding his long claws. He ran up to the tank and grabbed the 9mm Wesker had dropped...
- - -
Chris looked behind him; the Tyrant was walking towards him. Chris ran forward, towards Wesker's body and made a sharp turn to his left. He had stopped when he saw a familiar figure laying on the ground in front of him. "Kelly!"
He ran up to her body; kneel down beside her, and propped her head on his right arm. He laid the 9mm down and checked her pulse with his left hand. He felt relieve rush through him when he felt a soft throb on her wrist. She was alive, just unconscious.
He could hear the Tyrant closing in on him; he gently laid her down and ran forward, across the room. When he reached the wall he turned around facing the Tyrant and took careful aim. He shot it directly in the heart once. The Tyrant stopped halfway down the hallway and looked down at its bleeding heart.
The heart quickly absorbed the blood it had lost and resealed the bullet hole, knocking the bullet out. Chris watched in amazement as the bullet made a soft clank as it hit the ground.
The Tyrant looked back up at him and continued its pursuit. Chris shook his head and aimed at its heart again. He shot it three times, this time the Tyrant didn't bother to stop and heal, the heart quickly recovered. Chris ran to his right, back towards the tank which the creature walked out of just moments ago.
As he ran across the glass he nearly slipped on... water... He now remembered when the Tyrant broke the glass the tank wasn't fully drained. He regained his balance and came up with a idea. He turned around and aimed his gun at the smaller tanks in front of the Tyrant tank and shot two of them. The glass shattered, and the water poured out and spread all over the floor.
He ran around one of the many devices and grabbed the power plug. He yanked at it with all of his might. When it finally pulled free Chris fell backwards, and hit the wall. The Tyrant was now standing in the large puddle and with no hesitation Chris threw the large power cord into the water.
There was a loud buzzing noise instantly as the Tyrant screamed in pain. Chris stood behind the device, shielding his eyes from the sparks. After seven seconds the outlet generating the power blew up, and the buzzing came to a end. Chris stood up and watched the smoky Tyrant fall to its knees, then fell straight forward and hit the ground with a loud thud. Chris caught his breath before running back to Kelly...
- - -
Chris kneel down beside Kelly again. He scooped her head up off the ground and held her in his arms. He started to shake her body, calling out her name softly. She opened her eyes half way and looked up at Chris. "Chris... is that you?" Her eye sight was blurry, but she recognized the voice. She closed her eyes and held her hand with her right hand. The memory of running away from Wesker hit her hard. She opened her eyes again, and could see Chris' face crystal clear.
"Oh Chris!" She wrapped her arms around his neck and hid her face in his bloody shirt. "We can go now Kelly." He felt a lump growing in his throat. "Barry... is dead." Kelly pulled away from Chris to look him in the eyes. "What bout Jill?" She softly asked him. Chris remembered about the picture of Barry carrying her. "I don't know."
"She was in a small prison cell, on the first floor." Kelly out-of-the-blue told him. "I saw her on camera." Chris pushed himself up, and helped her up. She was a little groggy so he had to help her walk.
Her eyes had widen when she looked at Wesker's body. "Is he..." She started to ask. Chris looked at him in disgust. "Yes... he is dead." She looked away.
As they started walking down the hall they heard a brife static. They stopped and listened for more. Chris looked back at Wesker's body and saw his radio was blinking. "Wait here." He let go of Kelly and jogged over to Wesker.
He pulled the radio off his belt and turned the volume up. "This is Brad! Chris, Jill, Barry, is anyone there? Please answer me! I'm running low on fu..."*static* "Brad, this is Chris... Brad?" The radio was silent. He looked back at Kelly who was watching him with curiosity.
"That was Brad... he must be close by in the chopper. These radios only have a mile long wave." He attached the radio to his belt; and walked over to Kelly. "Are you ready to leave this mansion?" He asked her grinning. She smiled back. "More than ever."
- - -
As they closed the door behind them, Wesker's eyes opened behind his dark shades. He slowly raised his upper body off the ground, his eye sight was shaky, and his whole body was throbbing. His head started to ache badly. He grabbed it with both hands and let out a little scream in pain, the glass in his face was being pushed out by his blood tissue, as the tissue reconnected itself.
His neck bone which had broken in severally places when he hit his head was now reconnected itself as well. The virus had brought him back to life, and restoring him from head-to-toe. He screamed in agony as the virus was now flowing through his blood system completely, making his blood feel like it was on fire.
- - -
Chris and Kelly were now standing in the elevator. He pushed the button to head back to the second floor. "I'll go get Jill... You head up to the heliport and try to attract Brad's attention." She nodded. "But Chris how are you going to get her? Do you know where the prison is? And how will you gain access?" The elevator stopped, and the doors slid opened.
"I'll find a way." He walked out. She watched him walk down the hall and make a right. She signed and press the heli button on the control panel. As the doors slid shut there was a loud siren shooting through the speakers. Kelly gasped as she looked up and saw a speaker right above her head, with a red light next to it shining.
A woman's voice spoke through the siren. The self-destruct system as been activated. All employees must evacuated imminently. All security doors have been unlocked... I repeat...
I guess that solves the prison door problem. Kelly thought to herself...
- - -
Chris was halfway down the first corridor when a loud siren filled the room. The red security lights had turned on and a dull woman's voice had said the self-destruct system has been activated and all the doors have been unlocked.
Not only were they unlocked but they were set to automatically swing open. The doors behind him nearly hit him. He jogged towards those over-protected doors he had watched Barry walk through. When he jogged past one of the opened double doors he swore he heard another moan. He looked around but still saw nothing.
He had reached the door that led to the prison doors, and smiled when he saw the bar was now in a V shape. He jogged towards it and was able to pull down on the handle. He pushed the heavy door open and saw Jill standing on the other side, the cell door had opened but she still couldn't get out because the door's handle on her side was locked and you needed a Umbrella card to unlock it.
She smiled when she saw Chris pushing the heavy door. "Chris!" She ran and hugged him, nearly knocking him over. "Jill, are you okay?" He asked hugging her back. She pulled away, and nodded. "Chris... it was Wesker...and he-" He caught her off with "I know... we have to get out of here." She nodded again.
He turned around and jogged down the skinny corridor again, with Jill right behind him. When he ran through the doorway he nearly ran into the arms of a dead lab scientist....

After searching the heliport Kelly had not found anything she could use to gain Brad's attention. The only place she hadn't checked was a small security booth in the corner, and that's because the door was rusted shut. She wiped a large circle of dust and dirt off the window and peaked in. From the looks of it the booth hasn't been used in many years. She looked down at the table next to the window and saw a flare gun. "Bingo." She whispered to herself.
She had nothing she could throw through the window on her. She took a quick glance around the heliport and saw a old severally rusted water tower. Under the tower was 2X4s. She limped over to the tower, and tried her best to pull one out. After a few tugs it finally pulled free. The tower tilted to the left side and stayed in that position. She limped back to the security booth and threw the 2X4 like a frisbee. The 2X4 broke a rather large chuck of the glass off. Just enough for her to stick her arms through and grab the gun off the table.
She limped back to the large H on the heliport and shot the flare into the air. A few moments later she could hear a chopper's blades closing in...

Chris was able to duck under the zombie's arms and shoulder push the zombie away. The zombie stumbled backwards, and came right back with arms still raised. Chris quickly pulled his knife out of his shoulder holster and swiped it in the air, right across the zombie's throat. But unlike the zombies in the mansion it kept coming, and grabbed him by his T-shirt. Chris was able to push the zombie off again and this time when it stumbled backwards Jill took a step forward and kicked her right leg straight up in the air and knocked the zombie's head off. As the zombie's body fell backwards she looked back at Chris and grinned. There were three other zombies in the corridor, but Chris and Jill could easily run by them, and that's just what they did. All the way to the elevator. - - - Kelly saw Brad and waved her arms in the air. Jumping with joy. She was still standing on the large H in the middle of the helipad when the elevator doors behind her slid shut and the elevator went down. A few moments later it returned with two familiar faces inside. She looked at Jill and smiled, she was so happy to see that she was alright. Jill and Chris slowly walked to Kelly both looking up at the chopper. When they were about halfway to her the ground under Jill started to shake. She looked down, and instantly something directly underneath her feet came up like a missile. She went flying into the air, and landing hard on her back. She pulled her head up to see what had came out like that and saw a large white hideous creature.... Chris turned around and was face-to-face with the Tyrant yet again. It was looking down at him. Chris pulled out his 9mm, but before he could fire the Tyrant slammed his claws against Chris' right ribs. Chris went soaring through the air and hit the old water tower hard. He landed on his stomach. He tried to push himself up but the blow had drained every once of energy out of him. Kelly watched in horror as the Tyrant walked to Chris. When he was about ten feet away the water tower started to tilt to the left, the side where Kelly took the 2X4 out from underneath it. The tower came crashing down onto Chris' legs, breaking them both instantly. Chris screamed in pain as the Tyrant continued walking to him. Kelly looked back at Jill who was slowly getting up, holding her head. Kelly saw that Chris had dropped the 9mm when the Tyrant hit him and it was laying just a few feet from her. She dashed for it, scooped it up as quickly as she could, and started to fire the bullets into the back of the Tyrant. The Tyrant's claws started to glow a bright red and he turned around, running towards Kelly faster than the speed of light. All Kelly saw was a white blur heading her way, and when the Tyrant reached her it stuck all three claws into her stomach... - - - Wesker had activated the self destruct system and now was running towards the helicopter they secretly kept in the large swimming pool in the garden. He opened the large rusted doors and ripped off vines on the wall to his right. Behind the vines was a red button. He pushed it and instantly the swimming pool water drained from the sides, and the the ground split in two, and slowly raising on a platform was a Umbrella helicopter. - - - Chris couldn't believe his eyes. The Tyrant pulled his claws out of Kelly's stomach and she fell down to her knees, dropping the 9mm. Chris tried to yell but couldn't find his voice. - - - Brad and Stan watched the Tyrant pop out of the ground in the blink of an eye, and knock Chris clear across the helipad. Stan looked over at Brad. "Lower the chopper and drop me off." Brad shook his head. "It's too dangerous" Brad replied with a squeaky voice. Stan couldn't believe his ears. Brad stuck his thumb in the back. "There is a rocket launcher under the seat back there." He told Stan. Stan looked under the seat and very well saw the launcher. Why and how it got there is a wonder to him... he pulled it out, and held it in his arms. "Hold the chopper steady!" He yelled to Brad. Brad hovered the chopper a few feet above the Tyrant. He lifted the heavy launcher onto his right shoulder and looked through the scope. The Tyrant was slowly walking towards Chris. "Steady... steady.." Stan whispered to himself. He was just about to blow the Tyrant up when the Tyrant instantly turned around and disappeared from the scope. Stan looked under the scope and saw the Tyrant had decapitated the new girl. The Tyrant stood there and pulled its claws out of her stomach. She fell to her knees, while it swiped the air, blood splattered everywhere. The Tyrant turned around, and started to walk towards Chris again. Stan looked through the scope and locked onto the creature. - - - Chris tried to wiggle out from under the water tower but it was too heavy for him. He looked over at Kelly; she slowly fell to her right, now laying in a large puddle of her own blood. The Tyrant was within five feet of Chris when it exploded. Chucks of blood and whole body parts splattered everywhere. Jill ran to Chris as Brad started to lower the chopper. When it landed on the H Kelly was standing on just moments ago Stan jumped off and ran to Chris' aid. Jill reached him first and tried to push the water tower on the right side, while Stan ran to Chris' left and pushed up on that side. Together they were able to lift it off Chris. He used all the upper strength he had and crawled away from it. When he was safely out of the way Jill and Stan dropped the tower at the same time; it made a loud thud, shaking the ground. Jill bent down next to Chris and wrapped his left arm around her shoulders, Stan did the same with his right. They carried him to the chopper. Chris looked back at Kelly one last time before entering the chopper. When all the members were safely inside Brad took off. - - - Wesker felt like such a failure. Grady had sent him out to obtain combat data; but left empty handed. He was flying over the mansion when he was flying over the heliport he saw the Tyrant's body parts everywhere. He also saw Kelly, she was laying on her side, in a fresh puddle of blood. Better than nothing. He thought to himself. He lowered the chopper on the helipad and stepped out... - - - *Epilogue* Brad safely landed the chopper on the S.T.A.R.S. heliport. The members walked off, and had a huge group of reporters and camera men waiting for them. A medic team rushed in and carried Chris off the port on a stretcher. The rest of the team followed on foot. Brad was injured after they landed from a blow to the face from Stan Ryans. - - - Wesker pulled back on the control stick in the chopper as far back as it could go. and the chopper raised into the air as fast as it could go up. Wesker had just barely avoided the flames under him from the mansion explosion. He moved the chopper forward heading east. He was on his way to the island hundreds of miles away from Raccoon City. He checked his fuel gage. It was full. He sighed, not wanting to encounter Grady Weller - the Facility's head researcher, but he knew if he wanted to gain his trust and respect he would have to act as if he liked Grady. That very thought made his stomach weak. He looked behind his seat and lookeed at the black body bag he had put Kelly's corpse in; and the virus cooler next to her filled with samples of the virus that had revived him. He turned back around and sighed again. "Grady you crazy bastard what do you need this virus for?" He asked himself flying east into the sunrise. - - - Wow after two and a half ways this story has finally come to a end. I would like to thank everyone for reading it, and especially those who took the time to comment on it. Part II will be read to start maybe in December. I need to get the whole story ready before I start posting it. But it will be worth it I promise. It's going to be 100% original with new creatures, and new characters, and it will be seen through the eyes of four people, Grady Weller, Albert Wesker, TC-168, and Napoleon Landers. Until then I hope you enjoy this story as much as I enjoyed writing it.
